Best Day Spa in Town

I'm confused! Every bad review I've read makes me wonder what spa these people really went to because they certainly did not go to Genesia Day Spa in Sugar Land!! I've been to a LOT of spas in the area and Genesis by far tops them all. They are all very professional and have strived to learn all they can about the services they are preforming. The spa area is very relaxing and their hairdressers do a wonderful job on cuts, styling and color.

• Pros: All the services are wonderful
• Cons: Sometimes need more people answering phones

I love this place!!!!

I wait at restaurants and I wait at the doctor's office, so why make a big deal about waiting to get the best eyebrows in town? I have been visiting Genesis for 3 years now and absolutely love it! They are nice, attentive and do an excellent job from my eyebrows, facials to my nail care. The price is very reasonable for the excellent service. The price went up barely after 4 years while other places started raising prices like crazy every year. Seriously, does fast food, the mall and gas places alert you at all if they raise their prices??

It says a lot about a salon that constantly stays busy!

I recommend this place to everyone.

OUTSTANDING QUALITY!

I find that a lot of the reviews that have been written may be from those that are more concerned with price rather than qualityor are based on their personal feelings as to what they feel they should pay. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. As far as the staff and the owner, they have consistently been courteous for as long as I can remember. I would much rather pay a little more rather than go to one of the truly "indian" salons, where the quality is poor to match the prices. For those of you out there that are looking for a spa where they care about outcomes and take care of your skin rather than rushing to get to the next client, this is a place that you should truly visit. I promise that you'll be just as pleased with the outcome as I have. I've been going to them for years and have not been disappointed to date.
