Noticed the reviews on CS and the close location and said... Well let's try this place out. Service was fairly fast but the portions were small, had nothing special about the taste, price was high, and basically is not worthy of a good rating. There has to be a better place in the Sugar Land area! I will not be going back to this place and will not tell anybody else to visit this location as well.

We love Panda Garden's great service, low prices (the lunch specials are wonderful) and delicious food. Our college kids have to go back everytime there in town and take their visitors with them. Best General Tsao's and spring rolls anywhere!!
