I love Grand Travel & Cruise. I have been using GTC for over 7 years now. I always get the best service and best deal from Jay. He goes above and beyond to make sure your dream vacation meets (and exceeds) all of your expectations. I've written several reviews of my vacations on Tridadvisor. Below is an excerpt from the latest trip in July where Jay was able to get VIP treatments for all 23 members of our group. I highly recommend Jay and GTC for you next vacation.

Grand Travel Is Great. Jay at Grand Travel made our vacation a great experience. He recommended a wonderful resort in Jamaica and handled all details, including free upgrade to ocean view room, dinner reservation for our first night, and also booked our off resort excursions. Our flight was cancelled the night before we were to leave and Jay worked hard to get us on another flight, then quickly booked us a hotel room in Miami where we had to lay over. We will use him on all of our vacations and recommend you do the same. He handles everything. All you need to do is pack and get on the plane.

AWESOME TRIP!. We had a wonderful time! We were in heaven from the moment we stepped out of the airport to the moment we returned. Jay was able to get us an upgrade on our room, he had a car waiting for us at the airport, and he made all of our restaurant reservations prior to our arrival.

The service provided to by Grand Travel & Cruise and the services at The Iberostar Grand were impeccable. We will recommend Jay's service to all our friends. In addition, we will definitely use him again.

Double Destination Wedding - Barcelo Maya Palace. My Sister and I both had destination weddings a couple days apart in May 2011 at the Barcelo Maya Palace.

We come from an Airline family and have been to Mexico 9 times before this trip.We were used to planning/booking our own vacations and were very scared to try a new resort chain and even more nervous to work with a travel agent.

I did some digging for Travel Agents familiar with the Barcelo Maya Palace online and found Jay Islam at Grand Travel Cruise. THANK GOD I DID!

I read all of the testimonials and I thought ..."Wow....He sounds too goo to be true". As we started to work with Jay...I thought "I am so so so thankful I had found him."He was a miracle through this wedding planning madness! Jay not only had one destination wedding to plan... He coordinated two weddings with about 50 guests! He was so wonderful. He not only acted as our travel agent...He was almost like a wedding coordinator! He made sure to contact our wedding coordinators when they were not getting back to us on time. He really put our minds at ease. He also gave the brides/grooms and all of our guests complimentary ocean view rooms/ocean club premium which was a super expensive upgrade. He made sure were were all in the same building and close to one another. We also had private transfers to and from the airport to the resort through Jay.

Jay was very awesome to work with and made sure to get back to everyone super quickly. The poor guy had almost 50 of our guests calling and e-mailing him daily with pricing, dates, tons of questions. I felt horrible to put poor Jay through all the chaos.

Jay also reffered us to Dan Dalstra our wedding photographer. A special thanks to Jay again! Dan was awesome to work with and is an amazing photographer. We flew Dan down from Texas and paid for his stay so he could capture all of our memories of our special double destination wedding extravaganza. If it were not for Jay referring Dan to us...I do not think we would have all of the amazing photos and memories we received from Dan.

Not only was I super happy and impressed with all of Jay's hard work and dedication to making our travel/wedding plans a piece of cake....But all of our guests raved about him! We all said how much we loved Jay our whole trip. He not only is an exceptional travel agent, he is a wonderful person and we feel we have a life long friend in Jay. I am without a doubt going through Jay for every trip I plan in the future.

In fact...Our whole group from our double weddings are going to try and book "round 2 "at the Barcelo Maya Palace again May 2012. Get ready Jay!

Beautiful destination wedding - Barcelo Maya Palace. My daughter wanted a destination wedding in Mexico but we had no idea where to start. We contacted Jay and he took care of everything for us. He suggested Barcelo Maya Palace in Riviera Maya. It was more beautiful than we ever expected. Jay coordinated the air transportation for all the guests and upgraded us all to more expensive rooms. He surprised the bride and groom with an amazing suite that over looked the ocean. The wedding and reception details were carried out to our exact specifications. Everyone was disappointed when it was time to head back home. We could not have organized such a wonderful occasion without Jay's help. He made it possible for the entire bridal party to relax and enjoy our surroundings. Thank you so much!!

keep searching. This was already posted and removed. People deserve to know the quality of service received.

We just returned from a 5 day vacation in Playa del Carmen. We were there for a friend's wedding.

38 people booked through Jay. He and his staff were very rude and did not deliver on promises made

We dealt mostly with the owner, Jay. He would take days to return phone calls and emails and when he did,he treated you as a nuisance.

He promised our large group ocean view rooms and most of us were placed at the back of the hotel and told there were no specifications as to what type of room we wanted. Jay even booked one group on a flight that didn't exist and they had to get with Funjet for help when Jay wouldn't answer multiple phone calls.

You would be better off booking your own vacation or definitely find another travel agency.

Relaxation at its best!. We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Playa Del Carmen. Jay suggested an amazing resort. Great deal, awesome customer service, completely worry free! thanks Jay!

The best ever!. My family had our best vacation ever thanks to Oslynn. She made sure that the trip exceeded all expectations and we were just awed each day. But the pleasant experience started way before the trip. Oslynn handled our travel arrangement like no other from the reservation, flights, land arrangement, hotel stay, dinner reservations..so stress free and just perfect.

I have been in luxury hotel development for many years. The Barcelo Riviera May resort complex elevated the standards of all inclusive package to new heights. There are certainly more exclusive and luxurious resorts out there but the level of service and the passion for guest satisfaction of this resort staff is second to none. It is so good that I have already recommended Barcelo to a leading developer in Asia to manage their upcoming resort project. This resort has redefined the all-inclusive package vacations. Let Oslynn handle your next vacation becuase she is one of the best in the industry!

Jamacia 2011. This was the best trip I have every taken!!!!! The hotel was BEAUTIFUL, travel and tour reps were on it, and the only thing I had to do was respond Yes or No! Oslynn you did an awesome job booking this trip due to me informing you of my past trip horror arrangements with other companies!!! The worst thing about the trip was LEAVING to come back home!!!!! Oslynn for life! Thank you and may God continue to bless you.

Best travel agent, great service!. We just got back from Cancun! We want to thank Oslynn for helping us to plan our trip. Oslynn is the best! We had a great experience to work with her, she booked our package and gave us the best deals, and also very detailed information about the area. We stayed at Moon Palace Resorts (Sunrise section) in Cancun, and will come back .... it is so relaxing. The hotels staffs are very nice, we had a late fly out (8pm), so they provide the hospitality suite for us to take shower and rest. Great experience!
