Jay at Grand Travel & Cruise did an outstanding job for us! My wife's family is from Brazil and we wanted to have a special family vacation to celebrate a few April birthdays. Jay suggested the Barcelo Colonial Resort in Mexico and we had a GREAT time! We all agreed that it was one of the best resorts we had ever stayed at, including several nice beaches in Brazil! The food and accommodations were excellent, and we received the VIP service that Jay had promised us for a terrific price! We will definitely use Jay at Grand Travel to help plan our next vacation as well. Thanks again!

We had a great experience using Jay at Grand Travel & Cruise and we will definitely recommend him to our family and friends! We just returned from a trip to the Barcelo Maya Palace Deluxe hotel in the Riviera Maya area of Mexico. Jay recommended this resort based on his personal experience with the resorts that are family friendly in this area of Mexico. We had originally booked at a different resort and Jay helped give us advice on the pros and cons of various resorts. We are really glad we switched resorts based on Jay's advice. Jay has personal connections at this resort and he was able to get us connecting rooms in a good location of the property, plus some extras that we had not paid for. In addition, he booked us on a private transfer from the airport to the hotel which made the hour drive a lot nicer. He made sure that we got the dinner reservations we requested and he personally checked that everything was set before our arrival. We LOVED the resort and it exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to go on our next vacation and will definitely utilize Jay again! Thanks Grand Travel & Cruise!!

Where to begin...Oslynn was amazing!! We traveled to Punta Cana, DR for our honeymoon in July and from the time we landed till the moment we left it was unforgettable. We were greeted with a personal sign that congratulated us on our new marriage as we meet our concierge. Our vehicle ride to the hotel had the exact same sign posted on the car. The hotel she recommended was awesome, Iberostar Grand Bavaro, adult only resort. We were on cloud nine the entire time. She knows the right destinations for the right clients as if she travelled the world, one would believe she has because it was perfect. Can't wait to book our next stay real soon.

I cannot thank Oslynn enough for providing me with such a breathtaking wedding and ceremony. I knew I wanted a destination wedding but when I decided to go with another country I was completely lost on where to start. Oslynn quickly jumped in and helped guide me to the resort of my dreams. I am so glad that I trusted her recommendation with having my wedding at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Not only did my guests love the resort, I had the wedding that I have always dreamt about. I have never experience world class customer service like that before. I truly felt like a queen. Jay you are the best! I cannot say enough about the customer service and professionalism Jay provides you, from the moment you give him a call or go into his office, till the moment you book and return from your trip and then some! Jay has been my travel agent for over 10 years now and has never sent us anywhere that wasn't absoluty beautiful and perfect. He will never send you anywhere, he himself, would not go. He makes sure we get 5 star treatment at every destination he has sent us to, which included ugraded rooms and gourmet meals. He has sent us to Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Mexico, etc. and we have had the experience of a lifetime at each of these destinations. He recently sent us to the Barcelo Maya Palace in Mexico. This was a special vacation for us, because it was the first time we took our 7 year old daughter out of the country with us. Words cannot express how impressed we were with the rooms, property, food, service you name it! To top it off, our daughter told us"Thank you Mom and Dad for making all of my dreams come true." She had such a good time at the waterpark on the property she cried when it was time for us to leave! I told her "We need to thank Mr. Jay for sending us here! If you want a top-notch travel agent/agency, this is the place to go! Grand Travel and Cruise is the BEST travel agency in the Houston/Sugar Land area!

Dream Wedding. From the moment we got engaged my Husband and I knew that we wanted to get married barefoot on the beach. I thought I could do it myself by looking online at different resorts and packages. Quickly I began feeling that I was in over my head. After researching and reading reviews I decided to contact Jay at Grand Travel and Cruise.

This was the best decision We ever made. From the first phone call to Jay explaining the Situation, he made me feel confident that he would take care of everything. We went in for one meeting with him and he recommended Barcelo Maya Palace in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. Im Glad that We opted to go with this resort. It was AMAZING and all that we could have dreamed of. All of our guest were happy and can not wait to plan a reunion trip:)

Jay , accomedated all 38 of our guest. He made sure that we all had round trip transportation to and from the airport set up as well. From the beginning of the trip to the end , the vacation and Wedding went as planned. Every detail was exactly as I imagined . Jay even made sure to have My husband and I , My Parents and My Husbands parents all upgraded to club premium . This was such a treat.

All in all, I am so thankful for Jay . He helped me so much with my wedding planning process. He made me feel at ease. I knew everything was taken care of. He went so far as to recommend Hair and makeup artist and a photographer. I hired both and was so pleased.

Jay knows what he is doing. I am already planning my next vacation with him.

Thank you Grand Travel and Cruise for being such a huge contribution to our Special Day.

Grand Tavel & Cruise...Amazing Jamaican Honeymoon. We cannot say enough about the customer service Jay at Grand Travel & Cruise provide to us. From the day we went to his office to discuss where we wanted to go on our honeymoon until we departed, Jay filled us with information, and no question was too big or small for him to answer. Without him as our travel agent we would have been lost.

Our ideal trip was somewhere where we could have complete relaxation without having to worry about small details, and somewhere with great customer service and beauty. We found all of that and more at the hotel Jay referred to us, Iberostar Rose Hall Grand in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Once we landed in Jamaica it seemed like everyone knew our needs, and we never had to say a word. Service was A+ from the time checked in with our representative to the time we got off the bus to return home (which was a sad moment for us). At Iberostar, we were treated like a king and queen. The people were amazing. The whole environment of the hotel makes you relax and truly enjoy yourself. The people are amazing, the shows are great and the food is wonderful (especially the Japanese). EVERYTHING is taken care of for you.

We went off the resort to eat at the highly recommended Scotchies. The jerk chicken and pork were fabulous! We also went to Ocho Rios to adventure through Mystic Mountain. We went on the sky lift; zip lined through the rain forest and bobsledded. If you book the Mystic Mountain excursion, get ready for some adventure.

We will definitely only use Grand Travel & Cruise for our future vacations. Jay, thank you again for making our honeymoon one we will never forget.

Grand Travel & Cruise. My wife and I just got back from Bora Bora for a honeymoon get away and I have to say I think I found paradise. Without going into details I just have to say it's paradise. Weather was perfect, the over water bungalow was magnificient and the scenary was just simply gorgeous. We felt safe the entire time and locals along with tourists were all so nice.

I do want to thank Oslynn from Grand Travel & Cruise for our perfect setup. She was very detailed with our itenirary and made our trip perfect without a hiccup. We were well informed from the time we boarded to the time we landed all throughout the trip. Thanks Oslyn for the awesome trip and we will be sure to work with you again for our 1 yr anniversary.

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic by way of Grand Travel. A year ago my wife and I finally decided to take a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, which had been postponed due to the birth of our second child. With no particular resort in mind, I called Oslynn Foy, who handles a majority of our travel, and she suggested Iberostar Grand Bavaro - Punta Cana, an all adult resort. As I've expessed to her, this trip was the best we've ever had. From the check in experience where they greet you with your choice of adult beverage or otherwise, to the wonderful dining and food. All aspects of the resort was five star in my book. We watched live shows in the two story theatre, such as the Micheal Jackson experience, and was able to take photos with the cast. The beach and pool areas were great. The staff was super wonderful, and spoiled us beyond anything we could have imagined. We only left the resort once for a speed boat, snorkling, and scuba diving excursion, and as far as I'm concerned once was enough, even though our excursion was super great as well. I played golf on the property, and everything was great from the clubhouse to the 18th green. The only thing I would change is the length of time we were there. Five days wasn't enough....we now have a six day limit that we will hold Oslynn to for our future trips to Punta Cana, DR. GREAT JOB Os!!!!!!!
