A+ customer service!. I found everything I was looking for to fill my new house at this store. We had a small problem with a night stand and they took care of it the same day. Unbelievable! The owner seemed very grateful for our business.

my favorite furniture store. We have been buying from this family business for over 20 years. I recently needed a part for something we had bought from them 8 years ago. It took a while but they were able to get us the part we had damaged. Not many stores we would go the extra mile like they did.

No service place. Bought a couple of Broyhill living room pieces. Needed to get a repair item. Would not help. Sent me away. Got it on my own. I will drive right by Plantation to buy my furniture someplace else.

Unbelievable prices. We shopped all over Houston for Broyhill Furniture and could not find the selection, we found at this store. Most pieces where in stock and delivered right away. Their delivery men where more than accomodating and were on time. I recomend this store to all my friends.

A pleasure to do business with these people!. This store is a rare find in today's marketplace. On a recent visit to this store I was surprised at the level of customer service. This store did everything possible to make our purchase an easy and enjoyable one. Our sales person was very helpful and informative when we were choosing fabrics for our sofa. The owner made sure we received our dining room set before Thanksgiving day even though we bought it the day before. Everyone at the store was very grateful for the business. I have already recommended this store to several friends and will continue to do so.

Low Stock, Rude and Poor Customer Service. Selection looks nice, but they have very low stock. Promises made by salespeople were not held up to later. Owner was iratable and unbelievably rude. She acted as if "customer service" was a foreign concept. I will never shop there again and I would encourage others to avoid this place like the plague. Plenty of other places that carry the same brands and quality that treat you nicer.

Great little place. We've bought quite a few accent pieces at this family owned store. They have mid range furniture and some great clocks. The sales people have always been friendly. We almost bought a leather living room set for our family room but they didn't take AMEX so we ended up at a shop up on 45.

Would never buy furniture from these people. Just rude, was hung up on by not one but TWO salespeople. Don't waste your time. From what I can see from their website the furniture isn't all that hot anyway.
