Pool Pro remodeled my Pool last year, and it turned out way beyond my expectations. There service and Customer relations was over the top. The owners daughter....Dani was especially helpful with my Wife during the Tile selection.

Keep up the good work ! Hopefully you will build my next Pool at my Ranch when we are ready.

I have been coming in every other week to get my water tested here for the last two years. They are very knowledgeable and go to great lengths to walk me through any issues I have with my pool or polaris. One of my neighbors had their pool redone last year, and it looks absolutely amazing! I am planning to get mine done soon as well! I definitely recommend Pool Pro with all of your pool needs.

Rude and Crude... I worked overseas for 8 years while these people took care of my pool. The last 4 years, they have double charged me for several months, stating that I had not paid for several months. I was stationed in a war zone and could not check or verify payment, so I authorized another payment. This year I was home and could verify my payment. I called and questioned the "representative", he slammed the phone down when I advised him I had proof from my bank, that I had paid the bills on time for the last four years. I cannot believe that any company would take advantage of a man defending his country, and unable to defend himself from some CROOK fleecing him at home. Shame on you and your staff. I would not recommend these people to any one, service is mediocre at best, and you will notice, when it is close to Christmas, or in their slow months your equipment will break, and they will fix without any notification.

We have been using Pool Pro for twenty-five years and absolutely Love them! We would Definently recommend them for service and repairs!! They have always gone above & beyond to make us happy. Anytime I or anyone I have referred to them, has had questions, they have taken their time to explain things and make sure the needs are met. The employees are knowledgeable, patient and always professional. They have remodeled several of our friend's pools, all of which are truly Beautiful!! If you are in need of pool service, repairs, or pool remodeling, call them!!

Pool Pro is great! They work hard to solve your pool problems and take the time to discuss without having you purchase a bunch of expensive unneeded chemicals... I have been going to them for 3 years now and would highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of John's for over 16 years. I have used his company to tile and plaster my pool last year with great results. His maintenance folks like Phil have been their ever since I have started business with them and he does great work. Steven who works behind the counter is very knowledge about all their products and advises me on keeping my water up to spec and always clear. They have a state of the art water tester that checks to the smallest PPM how your water sample looks that day.

I would and have recommended them to many of my friends!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND UNETHICAL BILLING PRACTICES! We made an appointment with the owner to give us a 2nd opinion of some pool plaster issues. He came out, gave us his opinion and a week later I received a bill for $108 for his "consultation". We were never advised at appt scheduling or when he was out here that there would be any charge. Nor has any pool company ever charged me to come out here and give me an estimate of work needed to be done. What a shame, we were going to hire them to do the work and hire them for monthly pool maintenance which would have been $1500+ in annual revenue to them. When I called to ask about the bill, the owner yelled at me, told me not to pay the bill and then hung up on me. We are still receiving bills from them. Totally unethical and worst customer service experience ever. Buyer beware - total scam.
