Call somewhere else! They have lost a good customer!!!!. We have oredered and dined in for years and had great experiences. This last 5 or 6 times the portions have gotten smaller and the food is terrible. All of the sauces taste the same, like General Tao or Sesame sauce. It isn't worth the money. You can fo to Pei Wei and get much more for you money and actually get what you ordered.

I never call to complain but, this time I did. We ordered a couple of dinners and the shrimp dinner was watery and tasteless. The girl who almost always answers the phone if she could send some hot oil out to see if it made it spicier? I told her no the dinner is already cold and its awful. I asked her what she could do about it and she didn't know. She said, she had to call me back. Several minutes went by and I called back. I asked again is there anything you can do? She said she had placed several calls and she was waiting to hear. I said how would you treaat me if I was there in the resturant? She said we would offer to remake it or make something else for you. I said well why don't you do that? Why do you have to wait to hear from someone?? She told me I was being rude.... I told her that it has been over 20 minutes and I still don't have a dinner that I can eat and I'm a good customer. She said, she had someone calling asked if I could wait. I said sure.

NW location on Jones Road. Great Chinese food. Service is impeccible and food is always excellent. We have never had a bad dish here (and we experiment). Staff is friendly and knowledgable. They even deliver.

The ambience could use some work...not where I would go for a romantic dinner. Everything is clean and new, just too open & bright
