Mike Patterson from Patterson and Sons Chimney Sweeps came to my house this week to clean my chimney. He was friendly and informative. He came on time for our appointment and completed his work in a timely manner. I appreciate his honesty in answering my questions and how friendly he was to my daughter and to me. I would refer my friends to his company if they are in need of this type of service.

Do not use them! They charged us for the wrong amount (didn't total up correctly), and then just went ahead and charged us more (the correct amount) without sending us a new invoice. Then the guy started yelling at us on the phone as if our complaints were the craziest thing he's ever heard! I will never be doing business with them again and will tell everyone I know not to deal with them.
Pros: None - they left soot all over our living room floor.
Cons: They will charge you the "correct" amount without even sending you an new invoice and then yell at you if you question them.
