Wife was amazed at arrangement

I found Cup of Flowers online and called and just told them I wanted an "over the top" arrangement for my wife for v-day. They suggested I mix roses with tulips and the arrangment they made was extraordinary. My wife absolutely loved it. I plan to use them from now on when I order flowers because of their personal touch.

The nicest Lady

When I called to make my order the florist was out finding a special plant for a man whose wife was ill. I said that my sis in laws fave flowers were hot pink roses and she didnt have them in stock but offered to go get them and have them by tomorrow, i wanted the order my today so opted not to have hot pink roses but another hot pink flower so she recommended one she had in stock. She helped me choose over the phone and had a reasonable delivery charge. She was so kind and helpful and made me feel that my order would be taken care of with the care it needed.

Wonderful and caring service

We needed a bridal bouquet for a small wedding, and the service at Cup of Flowers was amazing. The arrangement was beautiful. The lady who runs the store was extremely helpful and made sure everything was exactly right. She even opened up the store on Sunday for us because we needed to have the flowers on Monday morning. This level of care and thoughtfulness is something you do not often find.
