Mostly good; I've had better barbecue.
Pros: The cafeteria style makes for a fast meal. No need to tip anyone. Usually the food is pretty good. The picnic style tables make for a good family environment.
Cons: At times the meat has been cold or dry. The sides have been watery or old.
I'd say eat barbecue somewhere else, but unfortunately, Carl's is probably the best you can do in Cypress.

Best bar-b-que in town. I have never had bar-b-que so good! And lots of food for your money.
