Must not need the business. I just returned from almost getting a shave and a haircut. I called to make an appointment and spoke with a less than friendly voice to come in at 2:00. I requested a haircut and shave. When I arrived and told the barber again I wanted a shave and haircut, he told me I didn't tell him I needed a shave over the phone so I could choose either a haircut or shave because he had another appointment.

I told him I didn't want either and simply left.

No one greeted me with a friendly smile when I came in and the entire experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

THE barbershop in Houston. I went to BOBS for the first flat top I have had in 50 years. I was not disappointed. Kirby took his time to get it exactly right. I couldn't be more pleased. The added benefit was an "old fashioned" barber shop like the ones that I grew up going to vice the "spa" atmosphere shops today with sports themed names. The male camaraderie during the conversation and the memorabelia on the walls were as much a part of the experience as the actual cut. It was a great experience, a great cut, and good value.

Good Head. This is best place in Houston for a good, old-fashioned barbershop experience. From the shaves to the cuts, the owner Matt is the best! Kirby, Fira and Lucy are excellent. This place is kid friendly and is especially friendly to all groups of people. I get my hairs cut there every Friday unless I'm out of town. Get a shave, or a flat-top or a high and tight! Want a Princeton Flip, they'll do that too! Get your hair cut at Bellaire's Original Barbershop

Best REAL Barbershop in Houston. MATT the owner it top notch, but you can also try his new barber KIRBY. KIRBY LIKE MATT is a master with the straight razor on both the head and the face. Go by and experience are REAL BARBERSHOP SHAVE. If you are looking for "tradition" in barbering with young, friendly and talented barbers, this is the place to come. They take appointments and you can have your shoes shined while you wait. The place is a MECCA for those seeking a REAL OLD FASHIONED BARBERSHOP with a modern twist.
