Beautiful Country Wedding

Bill did my wife and I's wedding in Dimebox, Texas. It was absolutely georgous. My wife and I were more than impressed. It was an out of town wedding and everything went so smooth. Flowers were on time and set up exactly how we wanted. Floral events went the extra mile and made sure all the flowers were tied down and set up properly to not blow down in the wind. Everything was done perfectly from the ceremony to the reception, every detail down to the flowers in the portable toilets. By far the best vendor we selected. THANKS BILL!!!

Floral Events is exceptional

I have had the great fortune of working with Bill Ryan of Floral Events for the past 3 years and have always been pleased with his beautiful arrangements! Every bride I recommend to him is taken care of down to the smallest detail. He is always on time when doing an installation and teardown and consistantly adds more ...than what was expected of him in his work and design. He is a true Floral artist and I will continue to refer any of my brides to be to Bill Ryan. He is my florist of choice!

I also know what a generous person he is with his employees which makes for a great work environment. He is extremely generous with his employees when it comes to pay, which makes for a happy employee and a better event in the long run. He has also extended himself to many charitable non profit organizations in our greater Houston community and is not blind to vital causes. He is a true compassionate and charitable human being.

I believe in not just good customer service but great customer service and I have experienced this with Bill first hand with my many satisfied clients. The two most important words in great customer service is "Great Customer" !!!! Great customers are not just defined by how much they spend but more importantly how they treat the vendors they work with. I find I can be more generous with those who are respectful and considerate of my time. They appreciate the service I provide and understand that I am being of service and not their "servant" . There are a few unfortunate clients out there that may have the lines blurred when it comes to this. I believe we should treat people as we wish to be treated and do not be surprised when our behavior ilicits a a simiar interaction.

Does awesome work!!

I work at a large venue and Bill is my sole floral provider and he has done amazing work for me. No matter the size of the event or the number of "V's" in VIP he outdoes himself everytime. We have a lot of last minute events and Bill always pulls through with beautiful arranagments. He is awesome to work with! I always anticipate the deliveries wondering what he will come up with next!

Bill you are the real DEAL!! ;) (this coming from the other real DEAL)
