MY FAVORITE!. I used to live near the old location and would go 2-3 times a week with my wife, but now that I live in the Westchase area, I'm only able to go about once a week. Best thing on the menu is the Aggie Special. Disregard the name (Aggie) because the fajita taco and cheese enchilada are outstanding! People may complain that it's too greasy, but who the heck tries to eat healthy when they eat Mexican food? Margaritas are outstanding!

Don't read into bad reviews. How many movies have you enjoyed that received bad ratings? This is a great local establishment and they did an excellent job with their new location at 5213 Cedar Street

Bellaire, TX 77401. When you go, ask for Chris! Chris is my man and will treat you well!

Great local tex-mex restaurant. I live close to Casa Dominguez and decide to give it a try. My wife and I enjoyed a few rounds of margaritas and house specials. The food was fine and the margaritas were strong! The services was good and the atmosphere is very friendly. I don't know what happened during the last couple years, but the place has obviously improved. It is definitely worth the visit. I know I'll be coming back often.

NEW MANAGEMENT. The new owers have really worked hard to improve this place. Great drinks, neighborhood atmosphere, reasonably priced, and just darn friendly. Food is much improved and getting better with new menus and selections. Worth giving a try.

ummmm don't have anything nice to say. This restaurant is walking distance from my house. My husband and I frequently used it as a "go to" place for decent, but not great margaritas and Mexican food- basically because of the convenience. Recently, however, we dressed nicely and hiked over for dinner on a Saturday night. We arrived at the restaurant a little after 8pm. When we entered, we were informed that they were "closed"!!! Really? Closed at 8pm on a Saturday night? Sooooo, we no longer eat there. We will not make the mistake of walking over, only to turn around and walk home. There is much better food elsewhere. If you find yourself dining there- skip the queso- it grows a skin in like two minutes. The tacos al carbon are tough and dry I think the margaritas are OK- and the cheese enchiladas are OK too. Can't really recommend anything else.

This place is disgusting and I do not feel bad for saying that!. Gross. No other word can accuratly describe our visit to Casa Dominguez. The fact that there were only 3 other tables dining during peak times should have been our first clue. It was such a bad experience it prompted me to join cityseach so I could review and warn other diners.

My date and I each ordered a watered down margarita, and not just watered down in alcohol, but in flavor as well. I had a plate called the Chino that if I described what it looked like, it would sound like I was making it up. To summarize, it looked like a pile of slop. Zero flavor, which was OK, since I didn't want to eat it anyway. My date had the cheese enchilada plate that caused us to laugh. The refried beans were runny and thin looking, and served with some sort of fake green mush that was passed of as guacamole. We never did figure out what it was made from.

The cashier lady was about as interested in the patrons, as we were in the food. We found that odd since we got the feeling she was the owner or manager??

We laughed that the frozen chicken enchilada from Healthy Choice is 100 times better than this.
