I had heard about Ability Tree on 700
radio which came highly recommended, so I thought that I would give them a call. I had some older trees that were starting to look sick. We had built our home around these trees, so they are very important to us and our property value.
The lady that I spoke to to schedule an appointment was very friendly. Mr Flory met with me at my home. He immediately was able to tell me what was wrong. He was Extremely knowledgeable, and helped me understand what was going on with my trees and maintain their health. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!!! There is definitely a value in his services.

I canNOT recommend Ability Tree Experts!. My husband had scheduled someone from Ability Tree to come out for an estimate. According to my husband, trying to get it coordinated with the girl at the office was one problem after another. When someone finally came out, I was at home. He was not friendly and was very curt. He also gave you the feeling that he just wanted to hurry and get the appointment over with. I was also charged $35 for them to give me an estimate!! I had a friend over the house and mentioned to her how the person that met with me had zero customer service skills. Well, come to find out, it was the owner of the company, Louis Flory, who had met with me! Once we found that out we knew we wouldn't be using this company if the ownership treated customers as he treated me. Plus, after pricing another company who didn't charge for an estimate, Ability Tree was more than double the price for the same service. I would price out other companies before giving the work to Ability Tree. Don't just go with the ads on talk radio like we almost did!

Highly Recommended. I will recommend this company to anybody. Two trees in our Houston home died and needed to be brought down. I called Ability Trees and they responded quickly. Their customer service was good and they kept the appointment. They came, took care of the trees and left before you knew they were there. Highly recommended indeed. Thanks Ability Tree Experts. Louis Flory, the owner was also very helpful.

Best Tree Trimming Company in Houston. We needed a tree taken care of in our yard. We did a search online and asked our family and friends. They recommended Ability Tree Experts. We went to their website and were impressed. My husband called them. On the agreed day, they came. They arrived on time, took care of the tree and did not damage our property. We will definitely recommend them to anyone. Great guys to do business with...A+++++++++++
