Went here on the recommendation of a friend, but I'm sorry I did. I pretty much had a combination of the same problems the other reviewers here experienced. Sigh. On the hunt for a good mechanic again...

Avoid them like the plague! Very unprofessional, evasive, and difficult to reach or to get a straight answer out of anyone here!

These guys love to lie. Anything they tell you, double it, and then expect to only get your car back halfway put together. It's tough to find good mechanics, and these guys sure aren't good mechanics.

I took my car here to get them to see what was causing my engine problem. They charged me double what they quoted me, and wouldn't even give me a reason! Never going here again, that's for sure...

I took my car to Discount Quality Car Care because they told me they could diagnose my issue in two days. Instead, it took them over two weeks, during which time they ignored my phone calls and dodged my questions with vague responses. Terrible customer service, do not trust them or take your car here.

When I got my car back from discount, the mechanics did not put one of my boost hoses back on right, causing it to leak boost pressure. What the heck guys? Not trustworthy!

Discount quality car care failed to tighten the clamp on my intake hose, causing it to pop off while driving. Extremely negligent and careless - don't take your car here!

BEST SHOP AROUND. I have been taking my cars to Rick and Jerry for 15 years and I can tell you that all of my friends and family that needed car repairs by their shop are treated like family and like their own. I have been told by my friends that they have repaired problems that others could not. They accept the challenge with a professional approach and do what they say. DON'T TRUST ANYONE ELSE!!!

Not truthful, careless. Between being given the run around and having my shifter knob damaged by these guys, I can't say I'm a big fan. Safe yourself lies and hassle and look elsewhere!
