Found Part of A Glove In My Food. While dining here and enjoy what started out as a great enchilada I discovered a finger from a latex glove. I promptly stopped eating and waited patiently for the fairly attentive server to check back. When he did I showed him what I found, he apologized and took off with the plate to get me a new one. He returned pretty quickly and after disecting my food to make sure their weren't any more floating foriegn bodies in it I finished eating. When the bill came I was a little surprised that nothing was discounted and a manager never came by to apologize.

best mexican rice. The service was okay, but the rice and fajitas are out of this world.........beef fajitas taste great....first time i have ever seen fresh corn tortillas .............very good. the salsa was very nice also

I found a hair in my enchiladas.. There is nothing worse than finding hair that doesn't belong to you in your food after you've eaten 2/3 of it. Disgusting!

Worst service in the world. My wife and daughters had the experience from hell here this evening. The service was so under par and the food was average to say the least. I had the Ensalada Del Rio and the salmon was way overcooked as was the shrimp in my wifes dish. We had to wait thirty minutes for our drink orders and almost an hour for our food. We would have left if we weren't starving and had never been to another Guadalajara. Try the one off Katy Freeway if you want good service or food.

great. this is a fabulous resturaunt. the enchiladas are the best I've ever had and the queso dip is mouth-watering. the service is prompt and friendly and its a great place for families.
