“It is a great place to go to with the family or after the kids game.”
“The sandwiches are huge and delicious, the salads are fresh and the pizza to die for.”
Great food Comfortable atmosphere. With a comfortable atmosphere there is no better place to take your kids out to eat. Sports is the theme at Greek Tony's, and while the restaurant isn't noisy, there is no problem with noisy kids. The wait time can be a little long depending on the time and day you go, but it is well worth the wait. Number one choice for my family are the hot subs. They are over stuffed with meat and the sauce is delicious. The Texas Sub especially is the greatest sub I have ever tasted; it is so big my husband and I can split one and be satisfied. The pizza is a win for the kids, and the Pie Slamma Jamma is enough to feed the team. As for appetizers we recommend the cheddar peppers and cheese sticks. The french fries need major improvement, and I've heard the Gyro isn't very good, but this restaurant serves some of the best food in my book. With a menu this size, and a kid friendly atmosphere, I can't help but wonder why this restaurant is hidden behind another store. It can be difficult to find. In my opinion it deserves to be on a main road in plain view.
Editorial Review. Focusing on pizza, this casual eatery also offers families and students a selection of sub sandwiches and a Greek gyro.
Great Food Wins. Great food at this local staple beats out where ambience is lacking. This place which has been around the Woodlands for awhile now is a great place for take out and pizza with the kids but not much more. The setting is cheap tables and chairs with walls covered in local Little League teams they have sponsored. It is a great place to go to with the family or after the kids game. They do however make up in food where the setting fails. The sandwiches are huge and delicious, the salads are fresh and the pizza to die for.
