Worst Experience Ever. My kids and I-and a friend went to the chili's in The Woodlands by the Woodlands Mall, and had the worst experience ever. The waitress came to take our order then ignored us the rest of the time.I had to flag down three different staff to get us a refill, napkins and a box.I finally asked for a manager, she brought me the check, listened to my complaint,& we were then still ignored. I had to go to the front of the restaurant with my three kids just to have someone take our money so we could just leave. It was the worst experience of service I've ever had. I will never go back. I get better service at fast food restaurants, I can at least get my own refills.BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND.

Chili's in The Woodlands, Tx ... Do Not Recommend. My husband and I arrived at Chili's in The Woodlands at 4:45 pm Saturday August 21st. There was a 15 minute wait which led us to believe we must be in for a treat at this hour. However, the first person we saw was an employee who most definitely needed to have a change of clothes ... he looked dissheveled and had food on his shirt and pants. We were seated by a friendly young lady who took our order and placed dirty silverware on the table ... my fork had baked on food which was certainly unappealing. While waiting for our food I visited the ladies room which was extremely dirty ... trash on the floor, water on the floor and sink area and no toilet tissue. The food was "okay" but nothing special. My husband visited the mens room and found it equally disgusting. We looked for comment cards but found none so I did voice my complaints with the manager on duty. This was our first and last visit to Chili's. There is absolutely NO reason to put up with this kind of restaurant when The Woodlands is full of fantastic choices. This was definitely a disappointment and we DO NOT recommend eating at Chili's.

Families and an after-work crowd come to this relaxed Tex-Mex chain for sizzling fajitas and a buzzing bar scene.. In Short
Festive decor of colorfully tiled tables, vintage photographs and sunny Southwestern accents welcomes an all-ages crowd at this informal hangout. Youngsters and their parents pile into dining room booths; casual business types toss back margaritas and watch televised sports at the bar. The menu features mild versions of Lone Star state favorites, from double-basted baby back ribs and steak fajitas to red-beef chili and deep-fried onions.

service-yes, food-no. Even though this is a chain, I thought maybe the staff at this fairly new restaurant would be trying harder so as to get well established. The waitstaff was trying harder, but the chef wasn't quite there. The cheeseburger was good, but the ribs were dry, tough, and tasteless. $30 for lunch for two (no dessert, appetizer, or coffee), was a little high for this mediocrity. On the pro side, there was no wait....hmmm, was that a hint?

customer. we were at #578 Chili's and took 20 minutes to be seated and no customers . then we were seated and they brought drinks and took 45 minutes to come get order and we were the only 2 in the smoking area and only 4 other people in the non somoking area . finally lady at the bar brought food over and it was cold and french fries had been re fried and were old and we got one glass of ice tea and no one ever came back and we had to hunt to pay the bill to get out and my husband saw a bunch of waiters in the back laughing and having a good time not doing there job. Very unhappy time there too very bad time there will not go back and we go that way a lot. Hope to hear from you r.com Mrs. Sherry
