Old food and lazy workers. The salad ladies will argue with you if you do not take the pre-made chicken salad that has been sitting without a sneeze guard since who knows when. This has to be a health violation. ??? They will argue with you about what you can have on your salad and ask if you can read the menu if you ask for a salad your way. Apparently in some secret Luby's language, a leafy salad means that you have to take cheese, croutons, and onions and it has to be what they have ready and exposed to the world. I let the manager know that the salad lady was rude and would not make a new salad. He is some meek guy that seemed scared of the salad lady and did not approach her. I left!!!. I can't believe that I actually gave this place a second chance! I got a different salad lady the first time and both ladies were both too lazy to make a salad with what the customer wants on it. The Woodlands location is crappy! No wonder this location is hidden in the trees! I have gone to almost all Luby's and never had an experience like this!
