Hung Up on Me!. Ordered an arrangement online a day in advance. They had a great website with lots of options and beautiful pictures. I received a call the day of delivery and approved substitution of some flowers due to limited availability. I was told that the arrangement may appear a little different. Lets just say it looked nothing like the picture and looked like an explosion (in a bad way) of random flowers (probably whatever they could gather up) coming out of a huge ball of hydrangeas. There was no attention to detail or "arranging" of flowers in this conglomeration of random flowers. By the way, I did pay $115 with tax and delivery. When I got a picture of the arrangement from the recipient I was mortified. I did call Strawberry Tub the next morning (Saturday) as they opened and spoke with a friendly and helpful young woman who offered an acceptable solution - a redo of the arrangement I ordered. She told me someone would be in touch by Wednesday to work out the details. That was acceptable to me. Wednesday came and went, and I decided to call back. I attempted to voice my concerns as the person on the other end of the phone kept cutting me off and telling me that someone had given them approval to change the arrangement since the flowers were not available. I told her I understood that, but that I was still unhappy with the order. She continued to be defensive and told me her manager or boss would call me back. I figured that was a better idea since it seemed we were both getting very frustrated. Now it is Friday and I had not heard back, I finally called and spoke to the "manager" and was told that I (yes, me) was rude and that she was not willing to redo the order and offered a 25% refund. She also questioned why my friend (who received the order) did not call with the complaint. Seriously? I declined after being practically yelled at over the phone and was then hung up on. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go across the street to A YELLOW ROSE! My husband has come home with some of the most beautiful arrangements and has NEVER had a problem with them. They value their customers and don't treat them with complete disrespect.

No little girl you can not use our restroom. I went to the Strawberry Tub today with my 5 year old son and my 3 year old daughter. We live about an hour away from that store. I was visiting my mother and doing some errands. This was my last stop on my way home. I needed to mail an important package and shop for a birthday gift. I was in line to mail my package when my 3 year old daughter started squirming around and declared she had to go pee pee!! I still needed to mail my package and shop. But, she really had to go badly. So, I got out of line and asked the lady at the register if we could use the restroom. To my surprise I was told they do not have public restrooms. I told her, "please, my baby HAS to go to the bathroom". She still refused to let my daughter use the restroom. She said they don't have insurance for the back (whatever that means). I still said "look, she's THREE years old and has to go to the bathroom". Still she refused to let my 3 year old daughter use their bathroom. I was told I can walk over to Jack in the Box and use their bathroom or to another store. I was soooo furious. I can not believe they will not let their customers use their bathroom. And to tell them to go to another business to use their bathroom. I was not eating at Jack in the Box. I was shopping at the Strawberry Tub. I guess they expected me to leave with my two small children. Walk across the parking lot to use someone else's bathroom and them come back to mail my package and spend my money on a gift in their store. Wow! That is the worst customer service ever!!! I'm glad it was not a handicapped person or an elderly person needing to use the bathroom. Shame on them!!!!!!! I should have just let my daughter pee all over the floor in their store. Maybe they would change their mind about not letting little children use their bathroom. I will never shop there again. Neither will my sister or my friend. I will be sure to spread the word about their bathroom rule to everyone I know.

Great selection, friendly staff. I have been shopping here for about a decade and they always have the friendliest staff and a great selection that gets better every year. I buy all my knick knacks here and most gifts. The florist is top rate and they provide the best quality flowers in the Spring area. Keep up the good work!
