“poor customer service”
Travis service our pool this afternoon, and did a great job. He was very polite, curtius and helpfull. When we need our pool serviced in the future, we will be sure to call TEXSUN. We could not be more pleased or satisfied with the service we received and will recommend TEXSUN to our friends and neighbors.
Poor customer service in Spring Store.
I have owned and cared for a pool for over 20 years. I test my own water and know how to treat my pool when it becomes unbalanced. I go the Texsun to buy their chemical, BioGurad.
I tried their water testing service once and will not use it again. It took them four water tests and had me buying over $250. In chemicals before my pool was clear again. Prior to then and since then it has never taken that long or cost that much money on chemicals to get my pool clear.
I will not buy chemical in their Spring store ever again, poor customer server. When I went in to by chemicals, a young sales clerk argued with me that I did not know what chemicals I needed unless I brought my water in for them to test it. I had to get to the point by asking the sales clerk,
POOREST POOL SERVICE AROUND!!!!!!. I would not EVER receive pool service from this company. I had them to clean my pool once a week on Fridays, but they were inconsistent and never came when they said they would. One technician came out to clean the pool while i was home and was about to leave when i came out and I noticed he had Not even vacuumed the pool. He made up some story that his vacuum was not working. I told him that my pool would be vacuumed THAT day or I was going to call the company and cancel my service. He then said oh let me check my truck to see if I have another vacuum that works. MAGICALLY he found one that worked and he vacuumed my pool. I still complained to this company about him, but they did not seem to care. They later increased the cost for my service saying something like it was due to the rise in cost of diesel fuel. Also each week there was always a different technician who knew nothing about my pool. I had a pool light that needed repair and each week I would ask these techs to put a call into theservice people to fix this, but it never was fixed. Each time I called the contact, Kathy Oliver, I got the same thing...we are sorry...someone did come out to clean the pool a day later...we had people quit...sorry for the inconvenience... I AM FED UP. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!!!
avoid getting service from TEXSUN pools, Spring,TX. Stay away from this place. Bunch of crooks. They come out and just try to fix but not fixed at the end write with permanent market that the fall will not work with heater, and charged us $150.00. The heater breaks again in 1 week and it takes them 3 weeks to repair and charge me $800.00. The heater works for another 3 weeks and break again. Call them and they tell me it will take 1.5 week to come out and it will not be covered under warranty.I am just fed up with this. Changing to different company.
poor customer service. My mom had them come to fix a leak in the pool. $3600 and ten months of trying to get a call back, the patio is flooded and the runaround is deep.
