This is the second time they have not picked up our trash. This is ridiculous! I am canceling their service tomorrow. They do not care for their customers at all.
Horrible unprofessional company, they miss pickups and come really late at times also. If you are having a hard time financially and cannot pay your bill they will stop their service but will continue to bill for a service they are not providing. They say you must call and have them suspend the billing but never do they make this known to their customers until its to late and when you call they are rude and refuse to adjust the bill stating "that's the way things are done here". Avoid this company if at all possible.
This trash service is a joke! As many said before, they pick up when they want, if you call and get voicemail, the box is full. They took over for the last company we had and I told them they could keep it for 1x a week pickup and I could have 4 trashcans that I purchase. Then they took over for TNT. I saw all the reviews here, and thought this doesn't look good. But I gave them a try anyways. So sorry I did! And I have only had to put up with their nonsense for 3-4 months. They don't seem to be able to take care of the people they have much less all of TNT's customers. I would NOT recommend them at all! You WILL NOT get what you're paying for!
Consistent Pickup Service & Prompt Customer Service. We moved into our new rental just a few months ago. When I called EnviroWaste to start new service they came to pick up our first load the very next scheduled pickup day, BEFORE they even received our payment. Today, I noticed that for some reason, our trash was the only one on the whole street that was NOT picked up. I called, and right away Jodi was able to help me. It seems another customer called to cancel their account, and our account was closed by mistake. Jodi assured me she would reactivate our account right away, and she even put a credit on our account for the next month's service for the inconvenience and confusion. I believe this resolution is above and beyond, and I am glad to EnviroWaste!
On-Time and Without Issue. After reading the site reviews I was extremely hesitant to select this company as my service provider; but the competition was almost double the cost. After much deliberation I chose to become a customer of Enviro-Waste Systems. After 1 month of service my trash has been collected on-time and without issue. The office and onsite personnel have been friendly and helpful. While I do not question the other reviewers posts, my experience has been excellent and I would highly recommend their business.
Worst company ever!!!. They dont pick up when they say they will. Ive called their office numerous times and the people answering the phones are very unproffesional and rude. I have even gone by the office and have heard the boss yelling proffanity at his employees. This is not a company I would recomend.
Ok business but have problems. I have had this service for about 5 years and they are 1 of 2 companies that pick up in our neighborhood....The other company is a little more expensive and they only pick up once a week but they have a heavy trash day once a month.....With this company the goods are that they pick up twice a month and are a little cheaper....The problems with this company is that even though they pick up twice a week they pretty much decide when to do that.. i dont know about some people but i dont like my trash cans sitting on the curb ALL DAY LONG when they tell you to put them out in the morning and sometimes they pick it up in the morning but most times they dont get it till at least 5 or 6pm....And the one day that I didnt put my trash out in the morning and was going to set it out when i got home from work guess what they picked it up in the morning....Now one year me and my wife were having hard times financially and we could not pay our bill. but instead of suspending our service like any other company will do and stop providing you with the service and only charge a late fee and etc. they on the other hand will stop providing you the service and still charge you full price until (and this is what they told me) call and suspend it myself....i told them that it is wrong to charge me full price for services that i am not receiving and they said that is how we do things around here. same thing was told to me when i talked to them about their bad pick up habits......All in all the only reason i have not changed companies is that they are cheaper and this is what i can budget and pick up ( when they decide ) twice a week.....

When this company took over our pevious trash servce, there were very late or missed pickups. Numerous telephon calls from us & neighbors were necessary to get trash picked up. Payments have not been posted ; have been charged with late paymens when payment has been made even early. No reply to e-mails; no reply when messages left on telephone. Frequently telphone says no more messages can be accepted
Some disruptions to be expected with new sevice but not this many; not lasting 2 months.
Trash Pick-up. We have used this company since moving into the area (2003) and have been very pleased with their service. To my knowledge they have never missed a pickup day and even picked up on Christmas Day when it fell on my scheduled pick-up day - which really surprised us and we thought that was unnecessary too and and had expected them to skip that day.
I'll charge you what I want too..... This company is the worst one out there. I get charged a different price every month, they only pick up once a week, when I was told it would be twice a week and they are suppose to be at my house by 9am, which they have been coming at almost 8pm. When you call the office, no one ever answers and the recording says to send an email from their website.... WHAT WEBSITE.... it doesn't exist........ And what really is bad is they don't have a "heavy" day..... just regular pickup service.... I wish I could get Waste Management to come out to my subdivision..... I would so be changing services...
