Very unprofessional people. Called to make an appointment and the girl that pick up the phone was so unprofessional and not friendly at all. Its like they do not need or care for your business, so if that the first impression I got over the phone, then I do not want to know what would I think if I go in person...I was highly recommended to go there by someone that its a regular and when I told that girl her name she said "No clue who that is, so what you want", then I ask her about the names of the girls that work there and she was saying names so fast, like I know them, so I didnt get to even understand some of their names. I was looking for the name of my friend stylist because I couldn't remember her name only that started with "A", so I will let her know about my experience and wont recommend that place to anyone...

friendliest atmosphere and best customer service i've ever experienced!!. i absolutely love this place. it's the only hair salon that i've stuck to for as long as i have. i've been going there for 6 years now and i've never recieved a haircut or coloring that i didn't like. the prices are reasonable compared to a lot of good places, and i like how i can get the same woman everytime, and that she'll even make time for me when she's not scheduled! i wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

User review by nikkimax. The atmosphere was very unprofesional. The service was below average. The staff was not professional. I was a walk in and was treated like I was a bother to the stylist. I will not walk in to this salon again.
