First Omish Bank of Texas?. My 2nd mortgage was purchased by this bank. Okay...standard industry practice. After being transfered to 4 different people, I found one semi-capable person that was able to explain to me that they don't accept online payments. Seriously? What POS bank doesn't accept online payments? Perhaps I should pay them in widgets and flour. The people are rude, incompetent, and the bank is stuck in the 1980's. If you think BofA is bad...wait until you have to deal with this joke of a bank.

WORST BANK EVER. Terrible service, rude tellers that get into everyone busines and broad-cast it to the whole bank. The woodlands branch has no real parking, terrible service also. The bank hours are bad. they are slower than any bank I have ever been to. The phone service is worse, they pass you around and around.

I would bury my money in the back yard before letting Lisa, Matt or any-one else help me there. Stay far far away!
