Hofbrau is AMAZING!!!

I LOVE HOFBRAU!!! me and my husband have been coming here for years and i personally know the manager he has always been so friendly and kind to us as for the person below who said that the managment was bad obviously doesnt really know him, the girl who was a server must of done something wrong for him to of fired her he just wouldnt do that for no reason!!! Anyways great food, and great staff especially manager! oh and we usually come in on sundays and there is always cute young very friendly smiling hostess to greet us! we love Hofbrau!!!

My wife and I had dinner there a few weeks ago (before the storm!). I really like the waitstaff, they are friendly without hovering over your table. Food was great - I had a filet and my wife had the smothered chicken. They actually cooked my steak exactly how I ordered it. It seems like a real family oriented place. I would recommend it to a friend.

Poor management!

My daughter and I had dinner at Hofbrau's last night. The food was really good and the service was equally as good. Our waitress was real sweet, but we noticed that she seemed to be having some problems and she was crying. She confided that she was not feeling well and she was afraid that she was going to get in trouble. During the meal, she was called to the manager's office and FIRED! We could not believe it and asked to speak to the manager on her behalf. The manager was abrupt and rude and said that they had previous complaints, which I find hard to believe. As a result of the damper on the evening, which happened to be a birthday dinner, I will probably not visit Hofbrau's again. The bad taste left in my mouth was not from the food, but the management!
