Awful. Just awful! They leave packages on top of your mailbox for anyone driving by to take and the courier just drives past without stopping when you have a check coming. She had to turn around and come back to give me my paycheck. Just wrong. I wonder if they have to chase down their paychecks??? Thank God I can have direct deposit now, but when I am needing a textbook delivered yesterday, their delivery games become a problem!

BS!!!!! Phone is ALWAYS busy, mailman speeds down my driveway, almost killed my dog. Rude, unprofessional. Gives mail to all the wrong people. You would think they would have some agency governing them..

Delivery service is awful. Drove through my lawn 4x and never apologized. When I complained they stopped delivering mail. Unresponsive, unhelpful, basically a good reason to go digital.
