Funky Texan cafe serves comfort foods from grilled steaks and ribs to chicken-fried steak.. In Short
Cowboys love this rustic barbecue spot with its wood-plank walls and photos of bluegrass bands. The menu describes the various sizes of chicken-fried steak portions, the biggest being "big as a saddle blanket." The juicy catfish po' boy is enormous and the salad bar comes loaded with pickles, jalapenos and salad greens. Ribs are tender and moist and the house barbecue sauce makes anything taste grand.
