I seldom write reviews but I will in this case. I had taked my car in on a Saturday and left it over the weekend. On Monday, Todd contacted me and told me that I was going to need a complete rebuild. We settled on a price and I was told the car would be ready possibly late Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Since I was having to rent a vehicle, time was a financial concern for me. Well, because of several incorrect parts being shipped in, the repair took a week longer than necessary. I understand that issues like this do come up from time to time but I was not happy paying an extra unplanned week on a rental. I was very pleased that Todd agreed to compensate me for some of my extra expense and send me on my way as a happy customer. Things don't always go perfect but in this case, I think A Plus showed that they care about their customers. Well done.

Thank you Scott and Robert for exceeding my expectations!!! I have never had to take my car to any kind of shop ever. I did a lot of shopping around and did a lot of research before I finally realized my car would be in good hands with A Plus Transmissions. Between my mother and I, I am sure we were driving them crazy with all the questions and phone calls. We had no idea what we were doing. Scott and Robert were both very patient. They lead the way with professionalism and understanding. I received my car back within two days as promised and my car is running great. I am a very satisfied customer. Long lasting repairs. My Dodge diesel was repaired at A+ Transmissions in Kingwood more than 5-years ago. I have logged more than 220,000 miles since and it works better than ever. Jim phoned me to remind me of the annual fluid change and I thought it would be nice to return the favor and share my experience of complete satisfaction with this company.

Dont be misled!! Worst place ever!!!!. Please people do not be misled by the 5 star reviews. This transmission shop is far from providing and 5 star service. I've submitted a report to the better business bureau because of how our repairs were handled and how we were taken advantage of. DO NOT GO HERE at any cost if you can!!

GREAT CUSTUMER SERVICE. I RECENTLY TOOK MY 2005 FORD TAURUS THINKING I NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION. DAVID AND JIM WERE VERY EAGER TO HELP ME AND HAD MY CAR TESTED, THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND TO MY RELIEF I DID NOT NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION. I AM GREATFUL TO DAVID AND JIM FOR THEIR HONESTY AND FAST SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO SAVE MONEY.

The Best Transmission shop. I just have to say how satisfied I am with the transmission work on my Volvo. It has been a great car and the transmission just wore out. David and Jim got my car back quickly and really treated me nicely. Manors and know how, how cool is that!

Finest Local Transmission repair. Going with a local company for my transmission repair turned out to be a great move. A+ has been around forever and they are expert in their field. I was completely satisfied with my repair experience and highly recommend this company. Jim and David were on the top of their game and I felt very comfortable with them. Two Thumbs up.

Fantastic repair work. I recently had my Ford Escort repaired at the A Plus Transmissions on Northpark. I experienced fantastic customer service and the repair cost was less than I expected. Jim Mullin is a super star in terms of details, product knowledge and provocativeness. In hard financial times its good to know that there is someone out there who makes sure your money is well spent. I highly recommend them to anyone needing transmission work.

Worth the trip. My transmission stopped working and I live in the country. My local shop sent me to Jim at A+. He had my business from hello. This guy is so awesome! He recommended several plans to fit my tight budget and I got my Mazda back purring like a kitten. If you need transmission work call A+. It was well worth the trip.

Check this place out!. If you are like me who wants to get good quality service at a very good price, then you should go to this place. At least try to check it for yourself if you need some transmission repair done. You will be amazed how cost efficient this place is.
