Lazy. On my way to the airport from Kingwood, 2005 Expedition started running rough, Turned around to go back home and decided to pull in to KENNETH'S and let them look at it. This was 4:45pm not at closing or after hours. the guy at the front dest was an ass to say the least. told me "his Techs are to busy to help and maybe tomorrow we can look at it" missed my flight. Good thing, That gives me enough time to find a REAL service center.. STAY AWAY from this place. wish there was a way to give a negitive STAR Rating...they dont deserve even one.

Consistently Excellent. We have used Kenneth's for over 20 years for our mechanical and body shop work. Many, many of our friends do also. Consistently they have done excellent work at the price they quote. I f they miss something (they are only human) they always make it right.

I have seen that some people have had not so positive experiences; but they have to be the exception. I don't understand how that could have happended in that Kenneth's really goes the extra mile to assure that everything is great.

I have no hesitation in recommending them. Even my adult kids from Pearland bring their cars here for service.

Worked well. Had my car in their shop for a few days. They kept me up to date, and didn't go over the estimate. I like the touch-up bottle of paint they include.

Overall, they're very polite and did a great job. They seem to really care about their business and it shows.

Very NIce & Honest People!. We moved to Kingwood from 1960 and Keith Harrow a brief time ago. We had a regular shop we liked while living there, but when we got to our new place, the franchise wasn't as nice on this side of town, so we tried Kenneth's.

They gave us an estimate on several different things we needed done. They picked us up and dropped us off to help us get around for work and home. There were a couple of things they found later that they went ahead and fixed and did not charge me for as they stuck to their estimate. This was great, because that was exactly how much we had budgeted to spend. They also stuck to the time they said it would be ready and that helped our schedule out greatly. We are very busy with our own lives and our children's activities!

They did such a great job that I am returning to their shop today with an alternator problem. I came here trying to look up their phone number and saw the review below. I had to write to let you know that my experience with them was great. It is evident in that I am returning to them again.

We tried!. I emailed "choptsui" regarding the poor rating she gave us, she was kind enough to return my email and explain her comments. Turns out she had a bad experience with Kenneth's two years ago. First of all, we didn't "break" anything; the power steering pump was failing when the vehicle was brought in so we replaced it. Unfortunately the replacement, and at least one subsequent replacement pump was faulty. The dealership was NEVER called in on this repair; our technicians are the best of the best so there would be no point in that. We did, however call in a representative from the power steering pump supplier in an effort to remedy the problem. While this situation with "choptsui's" repair experience was unfortunate (for both parties involved) it was the exception, not the rule. I felt as though we did all we could to remedy the situation (I recall personally giving her & her mother? a ride home in my personal vehicle after we closed along with our driver taxiing her to the hospital while we had her vehicle). -Mike Shannon, Service Manager.

Most Incompetant Mechanics. This was the worst car experience I've ever had. I requested to have 3 things done: Take a look at my exhaust (which was just ever so slightly puttering), take a look at the power steering (I thought it might have been sticking slightly) and fix my air condition. They fixed the puttering which was fine. But they didn't even know how to fix the power steering. They busted 3 brand new ones and charged me for the parts. I couldn't fathom why they would charge me for parts that THEY broke. Then I couldn't even go back to the original power steering which wasn't even bad because they broke that one too. Finally they had to get a specialist from the dealership to do it. And the air condition was fixed but with conditions. They wired it all wrong so that my heater doesn't work and there is a 30 sec delay on the A/C before it kicks in. I was so scared to bring it back to get the heater wiring fixed that I just paid someone else to fix it.
