I have had two experiences with this place and will never step foot in there again.

I worked directly with the service manager on both occasions - I'm convinced this is an unethical business designed to lure in and price gouge unsuspecting Honda owners.

I noticed when I passed by the check-out counter on my second visit that there was a sign taped front and center with something to the effect of them taking pride in providing honest and professional customer service and to let the dealer service manager know if you experience anything less - signed by the same guy who'd been trying to gouge me for the past hour and a half.

Very Happy!. I`ve bought a lot of cars but this purchase was the best I`ve ever experienced. I had a 2002 Civic EX and loved it. I did a lot of online research on all types of cars but the end result was for the best in price insurance coverage plates ets was the Honda. I`m very happy!!!!!!

Second time around. This is my second Civic I have purchased from Sterling McCall and both times I had Howard Ward as my salesman---if anyone in my family needs a car I will recommend Sterling McCall and Howard.
