best pool store in kingwood and humble. Northwoods is a family owned business and they treat you like family. They have tried saving me money on my cleaner and equipment. I would use this company in a heart beat over anyone else in the area. We had a motor to go out and they walked me thru over the phone on replacing a capasitor instead of a motor. How many companies do this any more? Johnny the owner does know his parts and equipment.

I would recommend this company for service and maintance. They are the top of the industry.

Horror story!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They're dirtbags that only care about the bottom dollar. They'll treat you like garbage and walk all over you if you have any issues with their service. Avoid this business like the plague. If you have hard times and call to try to work out a payment plan, they will scream at you and put a lien on your house. The owner has no heart, and apparently hates women.

Northwoods pool supply is undoubtedly the best pool supply store in the humble-kingwood area. Johnny, the owner, always takes care of us and makes sure that not only are our problems solved, but that we learn how to solve them ourselves and save a significant amount of money. Their pool service is one-of-a-kind, the cleaners are always very polite and handle the job quickly and effeciently. In a nutshell, if you want your pool taken care of, and taken care of right, go to Northwoods Pool Supply. Their prices are fair, but not the cheapest in town, but they always take care of things the first time. When i first started with my pool here, I went to leslie's, and they told me every time I came in that I needed to drain my pool half way and refill due to a "calcium problem". After weeks of frustration, and a large water bill, I went to get a second opinion. The staff at northwoods explained to me that the water coming out of the tap, "we tested it after this", was probably worse then the water in the pool, and gave me a product to lower the calcium. Now the pool is completely balanced, and I saved a significant quantity of money I would of used to fill the pool. If your just passing through town, go where its convenient. If you want your pool taken care of, with quality service and products, "especially if your planning on living around here for quite awhile", then you should definitely go to Northwoods instead.
