Can someone PLEASEE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME What happened to Dolores? I can't find anyone that can touch her ability to make my hair look flawless. HELP!?!?!?!

Thanks a million Rachael.... Since most of these reviews are from the female side of the equation, I will start off by saying I am a 24 year old male.. I have been growing my hair out for a little over a year and had not even trimmed it in 11 months.. My last trip to get the tips cut off was unbelievable. I asked Rachael to only trim my tips off.. that I had only just been able to pull all of it back into a hair tie when I needed to very recently. That is exactly what she did, she was very easy to talk to and gave me a few good pointers to help keep my hair healthy while it is still growing out a few more inches.

This was my first time at Visible Changes, I chose Rachael based on the fact that she had the most positive reviews that I could find between yahoo, yelp, and citysearch. I will definitely be going back to her every two or three months from here on out.

Rafaela ROCKS!. I have been going to VC for a few months now and I love it. The receptionists are very nice and they greet me by name everytime. The atmosphere is up beat and exciting. My stylist is Rafaela and she does awesome everytime. I highly recommend her to any guy who is looking for a good cut. She will not disappoint!!!!!!!!!

my favorite stylist!. ive been going to visiblechanges for a few months now, and ive stuck with one stylist names rafaela. the first time she did my hair she shocked me! it was just what i wanted, she knows how to cut shes very nice and always getting the job done. If you decide to visit vs i suggest you ask for her, she will leave you speechless!

Rachel and Tish work magic!!!. I moved to Houston 2 years ago and struck gold when I found Visible Changes and these two incredible Hair Stylists. I used to go to other salons but when I found VS, I was hooked on having perfect hair all the time. Tish and Rachel have been working at VS for over 20 years and have worked magic on my hair that I NEVER thought was possible. Tish knows exactly what will look good color wise and is very honest and professional. She doesn't talk your ear off but makes you feel comftorable and at ease. Rachel is amazing. I sit in her chair and she gives me the perfect cut every single time. These two are incredible and the ONLY ones who will cut/color my hair ever again! Best Salon and Staff I have ever been too by far!

The WORST hair cut experience of my ENTIRE life!. I had very long hair with subtle layering and went in for a trim. I left devastated with shoulder length hair with the worst choppiest layers of my life!! I could not believe my eyes when I saw what Nufo had done. To make things more interesting I called to complain, I came back and they 'ATTEMPTED" to "fix" it. I STILL HATE IT! While my hair was being fixed Nufo (who'd ruined my hair) was allowed to sit in the chair next to me while I got it fixed glaring at me and bragging about what wonderful work he does and how many clients are allegedly "pleased" with him. :( DEVASTATING experience. If you like your hair, I suggest you take it elsewhere. It is going to take my hair years to grow back. :( I wish there were a zero star option. :(

Visible Changes is bad. I had my hair highlighted. It bled through making the roots in the front a white circle. Kristen, who must be new, did the work. She then added some brown. I now have solid brown bangs and a brown spot right in the front the size of an orange. Also, the girl who cut my hair, Denise, apparently has no experience. She thinned the top and now it looks like I'm balding. I have never had such a bad hair experience. I thought going somewhere "professional" would be the right thing to do....wrong! Today is Sunday and I have to wait until 11:00 to talk to someone there. I'm a nurse and have to work tomorrow. Can't go looking like this. So very upset!!

Rachel and Tish - the greatest combo!. Rachel has been my stylist for many years - she always does a perfect job and I always get compliments on my hair.

Tish has been doing my color now for a few years and she is the best!

Becca. Becca is the best. She always make my hair look so pretty!! She's the ONLY one who cuts my hair. My daughters only see Becca now too. Deerbrook is very convenient to get to from Spring. Becca rocks!

Rebecca. Every time I leave visible changes I'm happy with my hair. Rebecca has been cutting my hair for a while now and I won't go with anyone else. I'm very picky when it comes to my hair. I always get compliments and I always recommend her. She's great and very nice also. :)
