Shysters! Don't be sucked in! No matter what price is offered to you on a specific car - don't fall for it. Better to pay more and go to a reputable dealership than waste half a day with liars. We were quoted an exact amount for a F-150 truck by an internet salesperson. We have him taped on our phone. We drove from Houston, he had the truck pulled out and waiting. After spending 2 hours and having our truck appraised he came out with a price that was over 10,000 that what he said he would sell the truck for. My husband confronted him and he said, "Oh, well, I don't think I said that. If I did it must have been a mistake." My husband said, "You know this is the price you gave me, and if you're not going to sell it to me for what was agreed than we are walking out that door." We walked out and I called Brian Blair, new car director, and he called back and said that the internet salesperson just made a mistake. I told him it was not a mistake because he clearly stated the sticker price and the price down to the $1 that we could get it for. **We have owned nothing but Ford vehicles for 35 years. This dealership should be shut down.

BAD, VERY BAD. NEVER GOING BACK. BAD, VERY BAD. NEVER GOING BACK. READ MY ENTIRE REVIEW....The dealer now writes a reply to my review like they are really concerned that I was not satisfied with the bad treatment I got at their business.......LOL what a joke. If they were so worried about my bad experience, why didn't they get rid of their bad, lying salesmen? My neighbor told me that the SAME salesman that tricked me, did that same thing to him in early 2010. This is the way they have been functioning for YEARS and my neighbors all sit around and tell the same sad stories every time Planet Ford in Humble is brought up.. They just don't get it.......they think trying to trick customers into spending money for things that are nothing but pure profit for them is the way it should be and they were TRAINED to do their business this way. The Randall Reed $10000 Guarantee is just a lie. Several of my neighbors have taken in competitor's ads and they will not match them....nor do they get the so called $10000 money. I doubt that they have ever even considered keeping their word and honoring that guarantee. They just keep adding on charges and wasting time until the customer finally gives up. TRUST ME DO NOT SHOP THERE........ Why are there so many one line good reviews? Is it possible that the employees are writing the positive reviews? I believe the employees have been told to bury the real bad reviews by writing lots of fake good reviews. All other review websites have poor ratings for Planet Ford. The Better Business Bureau is loaded with their problems. They are playing games and tricking customers. My experience was horrible. They tried to add on things to my contract without my knowledge. They tried to add on a thing call the "Customer Benefits Package". This was nothing more than another way for them to extract money from me. You get NOTHING but a $6 oil change for the price of the Customer Benefits Package, which in my case was $475!! Trust me, you are gonna take a beating at this place. Just when you think you have a deal when talking to their salesman, then the real money losing starts with the finance manager. I walked. BEWARE, it's gonna cost you a lot more in price and financing...........save time and money.......look elsewhere......I would NEVER GO BACK THERE for fear of getting cheated, you cannot trust these people....

W Lawson. Over all very good,no pressure from salesman. ( will not buy when I feel there is pressure from anyone!! )would buy again from Humble location, But would mot even go back to the I 45 dealership!

Fraud in Sales Bait and Switch Sales People. I went online and found the new Ford Fiesta that I wanted. The sales person said fine come in and drive the car. Then the car went from $13.383 to over $16,000.00+. They used classic bait and switch sales tactics. I saw the vehicle and it said automatic transmission, the attached sticker said the same with eh Price of $13.383.00. THey said that they have a disclaimer. This car was not even on their lot, it was "on it's way", they wee selling a car that they did not have only to up sell me. They are crooks. They lie, the are dishonest people. They make Ford look bad. Buy American? Not from these people!
