Too many holes, not enough service.. I've been shopping there for awhile, and the service keeps getting worse and the shelves (especially in the grocery department have too many holes.

There is never any management in sight. The check out lines average twenty minutes if you're not in the express lane. The customer service desk is usually a 30 minute wait.

I try grocery shopping there in case I need something the grocery store doesn't carry so that's convenient. The only problem is this Wal mart can't seem to keep its grocery shelves full. Too many out of stocks!!! And they always seem to be out of the inexpensive generic brand equivalent.

I realize we are in the throes of the aftermath of a major federal disaster, but these issues have been going for years, now.

This perspective comes from 20 years experience as a retail manager in the grocey industry. If I had run my stores the way this one is run, I wouldn't have lasted 2 months in the grocery business.

Oh, something I know I can't blame Wal mart on. Why is it that the lady with the widest rear end always wants to park her shopping buggy in the middle of the aisle and take up the rest of the aisle with her fat caboose, letting know one through, and being too dense to realize that there are other people there who don't want to wait an hour while she decides which donuts to buy?
