Work place nightmare!. I was hired to work full time sales. The owner of this store is rude and mean. SHe has all of her employees afraid of her. You can't even ask her a question without her snapping at you. She hires one day and they quit the next day. Seriously, that fast! She has a beautiful store but she's a VERY poor manager. If you stand up to her she cuts your hours to nothing. Don't waist your time working there or shopping there. Her selection of Brighton is low because she hasn't paid the bill. She has several vendors calling for accounts payable! Including the rent on the building.

AWFUL place to work, management belittles customers. I had shopped at Accents a few times before applying for a part-time sales position a few months ago. I really learned the difference between the management at Accents when you're a customer on the sales floor and when you're just an employee or even a customer who has left the store. I completely agree with IHA's review and would venture to say that the other reviews contain at least one, if not two fake reviews posted by Ms. A. After getting to know her and the rest of the management, I would certainly not put it past them to do such things. Please reconsider if you are thinking about dropping by with your application...you will regret it. The store should just have a revolving door for employees. If you are considering shopping at Accents, do understand that you are more than likely going to be made fun of, perhaps even before you leave!
