Don't stand behind their product. Bought a Mazda 3 in 2008, and had them add a wing thinking they would stand behind (rather than a much cheaper aftermarket route). As the 3 year warranty was expiring, and with a garage kept vehicle, that wing paint was obviously failiing. They did not want to know me, and gave me the old "that would be out of my pocket" song-and-dance. Said they only cover accessories for two years - - when any other decent body shop in Houston will give lifetime warranties on paint/body work. If they can't get Mazda to pay, forget it. Said the would escalate to Region Rep, but suspected they would never follow-up - - and they didn't. Dishonest shop.

Great Place to buy a new CAR! Eric is wonderful!!!. I had been searching for a good deal on a new RX8 and had a bad experience at a different dealership... so I was at work and a co-worker recommended Gullo in Conroe... I looked them up online and gave them a call. I spoke with Eric H. told him what I was looking for and gave him all the pertinent information to get us rolling in the right direction. I work late @ the Woodlands mall so he stayed for me to come up and look at my specific car... If that wasn't what I wanted then he would check around to get me what I wanted... I got there discussed financing and then looked at car. I had already test drove the "type" of vehicle elsewhere and so I knew what I was getting into. I wanted a GTR but they had a TR that I fell in love with... and mind you, now it's summer... glad I got clothe seats instead of leather. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and was willing to help me out with anything!!!! I needed during the purchase process... he even found the greatest rate!

I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Will BUY HERE AGAIN from ERIC if they will keep him!

He is an asset that no one car afford to lose...

SO Go buy your new car from Eric and tell him Rachel SENT YOU!!!
