THEY DON'T STERILIZE - AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!. THEY DON'T STERILIZE THEIR TOOLS!!! THE WORST MANI/PEDI I'VE EVER RECEIVED!! my daughter and i needed a mani/pedi for a wedding we were in the following day, and booked an apt at this place based on the customer feedback of another site. we were out of town. this place was tiny, dirty, and the services were laughable. the water they used was lukewarm or just cold! they cut me several times on my nails & toenails, and they don't sterilize their tools, they just toss them back in the box and use them on the next lady!! i was appalled, and would have left, but we had no other option as we were out of town and on a "wedding schedule". and they took forever! it was the worst experience i've ever had, and i have been getting manis & pedis for about 15 years. i plan on reporting them to the state cosmetology board for the sterilization issue.
