Try someplace else!. Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Had to beg for service to get any at all. Several groups left in disgust because no one bothered to even come and take their drink order. Food is below average - think pasta swimming in a bland sauce. Wine list consists of low quality box wine. Do yourself a favor and spend your dining out money elsewhere.

WAY Over Priced!!. My wife & I looked at the menu that was shown online and the prices seemed a little more than most but upon arrival we found the prices were much more expensive!! We thought the food was good but not that good! The occasion was ruined when we noticed the bill. Chicken should never under any circumstances be around $22.00 +. After all this restaurant is in the downtown area of Conroe and the chef isn't hosting his own show on Food Network...........

Authentic and hospitable. Absolutely a must! You will never find the genuine hospitalty as you will find at Villa Italia. We met the owner who made you feel like family the moment you enter the door. She spoiled us in such a way that we will never enjoy another Italian meal anywhere else . Five stars *****

A Real Find for An Italian Restaurant in Texas. Norma, who owns the restaurant, is from Sicily and has the most amazingly delicious Italian recipes we had ever tasted. It is right on the courthouse square in Conroe. We were a little confused because the restaurant sign says "Coronelli's" and the listing is for Villa Italia, which has a great rating, but no reviews. I guess it's because the location of the restaurant isnt in the popular strip centers (Thank, goodness!) We had veal with italian cream sauce and chicken with brandy, tomato, and mushroom sauce, followed by bananas foster and cappuccino. The ingredients were fresh. The flavor was amazing. It was a really nice change from the chain restaurants in The Woodlands. They had a great selection of red and white wines. We had a nice chianti. All in all our dinner was really great. We highly recommend this restaurant.
