quick response, professional service!. These people know what they are doing! My 12 year old microwave went out. A different company quoted me $300 to fix it. Instead, I called Built in Appliance at 8 am this morning and they had a brand new one- stainless steel -installed by 1pm this afternoon for a little over $400. Can't beat that!! When I build my new house, I will have these people outfit it!

GREAT JOB!!!. A big Thank you to the guys over at Built In....my dryer went out, called them up, told them what I needed and less than 48 hours later, my new Washer and Dryer was installed! Couldn't ask for faster service! The Scheduling agent called to set up a delivery time, the driver called 30 minutes before arrival as requested...I didn't have to sit around all day waiting on a window of delivery time!! THANKS GUYS!! GREAT JOB...GREAT WASHER & DRYER!

Customer service is very good!!!. Built in Appliance has a great selection and a friendly knowledgable staff. I have purchased from them on many occasions and they have always delivered on time. Pricing is competitive and customer service is very good!

Avoid this repait servicer if at all possible. They will NOT respond to your needs. I have a refrigerator that is only 13 months old and my warranty people chose this crappy place to get it repaired. They never call you back. If you try and call them, all you get is a busy tone or a bad attitude. It has been 2 weeks since we have been waiting for the part that they said would take 7-10 days. They only come into our area once a week, which means we will be without a refrigerator for another week. That will be over a month since we have had a working refrigerator. Very unreliable and not very customer friendly.
