Dead Flowers and Poor Replacement Job. The first set of flowers arrived on Monday...by Wednesday some of the flowers were not only dead, but turning black...petals everywhere. I called and was told they guarantee flowers for a week and therefore would replace the next day. Next day came, no flowers...made a second call and was informed the flowers were not scheduled for delivery until the next day. The second set arrived...newer blooms but substantially less of them and no decorative ribbon on the neck vase like there was on the fist one. Why would a lesser arrangement seem satisfactory to management? One would think an upgrade would be warranted since the first attempt was a grand, dismal failure. I will never use this company and I made sure to inform the sender in the event they want to dispute the charge! I wish my experience had been on par with rmleveritt's! I sent an email to the website...will they even respond?...if they do...I will update!

Making it right. We drove 900 miles to brother's funeral and our flowers were not in the visiting room the night of the viewing. I was so heart broken. Call the florist and they said the flowers had been delivered to the funeral home. However, they said they would "make it right". Another flower spray was delivered within 1 hour. Thank you and may this help your future business, you deserve it!

Great in a pinch!. Needed an arrangement for a last minute occasion (Anniversary) and they got everything fixed up for me with a single phone call.

The folks here really saved the day. Thank you guys!

So Helpful!. I ordered an arrangement from Flowers Gifts N' More to celebrate the birth of my niece! They were very helpful in suggesting the perfect arrangement and I was very impressed with their prompt delivery.

Stellar Service. Odd, I don't know why those other 2 raters gave single stars to this store, my experience with them has been nothing short of stellar!

My original order was messed up when I picked it up in store, but when I told them about it, they fixed my order on the spot thought there were people in line behind me, and gave me a 30% discount for waiting..

Flowers Gifts N' More is highly recommended.

flowers gifts n more. i had them create an arragement for a funeral service. they were very helpful to get me exactly what i was looking for, and they arrived on time.

i have nothing bad to say about the service very pleased.

Excellent Service. I ordered an arrangement for an event I was hosting for my employer. The prices were quite fair, and I was pleased with the customer service and delivery. The bouquets looked fantastic.

Since then I've recommended them to numerous of my colleagues and have heard nothing but good things.

You may call, come in person, or write to us.

I was very disappointed in the delivery of flowers and the way in which a non-responsive attitude to my call about the Order was received. Everyone needs to know about this The flowers were thrown together, A 2 year old would have put together a better arrangement. The girl who took the order acted as if I was bothering her to make the order. If your looking to brighten someone?s day with Flowers this is not the place to order from. Order from anyone else but these people, they do not CARE...

My business goes to someone else DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, You will only get disappointment.

Avoid this company-. NOT RECOMMENDED! If you are looking to brighten someone's day with flowers, keep looking! These dirtbags have very low quality flowers, very HIGH prices and the customer service from the owners is completly unacceptable!

When I called to complain, the husband told me one thing then his wife took the phone and started cussing me out!

Flowers are small, not fresh and just thrown together. My 5 year old could make a better arrangement with fresher flowers from Wal-Mart...steer clear of these con artists!!!!!!
