Don't Use Dr. C. if you have large breast and want them perk. i liked the initial meetings and he sounded like he could make my DD's into a perky C, but that is not the result i got. several of my friends who had small breasts now have large beautiful breasts thanks to Dr. C., howerer, if you have large breasts and want smaller, perkier ones, DO NOT use Dr. C.

Very Satisfied!. I consulted with Dr. Ciaravino last year. He was my top selection but I went with another doctor per a reference from a close friend. Horrible choice. The other doctor and his his entire staff did not work out for me. The situation resulted in me getting my money back..full refund. I then decided to return to Dr. Ciaravino for a follow-up consultation...I booked my appt. that same day. I visited with him and his staff several times while awaiting my surgery, they always were willing and open to assit me and answer questions. I had my surgery in Sept. The day of my surgery, everything was perfect! I saw Dr. Ciaravino before surgery he continued to answer questions that morning. :-) My surgery went well and I have been very pleased with the results. I feel he is a top notch plastic surgeon that is very creditable. His staff is friendly, warm and very helpful. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon I would higly recommend him above all others!

Don't go anywhere else!. I HAVE to brag on Katye N.! She was there for every question and concern I had along the way. She and Becca are truly an asset to Dr. C.! Dr. C. does fabulous work! I am only on day 6 and have had minimal discomfort. Everyone I know that has had a breast augmentation has expressed how much pain they were in and I must admit how pleasantly surprised I am/was with how great I have felt since I left the facility. I am very pleased with my results! I WILL and HAVE told everyone I know Dr. Ciaravino is simply the best! Do NOT waste your time "shopping" for a doctor--Dr. Ciaravino IS the best! All of his staff is friendly and professional, you won?t be disappointed!

THE BEST SURGEON. Dr. Ciaravino did a great job on my breast reduction. Iam very very pleased, he and his staff are very helpful and informative, my breast look perfect except for a very minor scar that will heal. I highly recommend!!!

Great surgeon- Great results. I work 40+ hours per week and go to law school at night, so for me to take the time out of my busy life to write this review, well, it should really say a lot.

Dr. Ciaravino is not only an incredible surgeon, but he has a wonderful staff- everyone from the front desk assistants to the anesthesiolgists.

Regardless of recommendations from friends, from the moment I walked through the doors I knew I had found my Doctor.

Any surgery is a huge deal- the scare of something going wrong, cost, recovery time- these are things running through your head.

Let me just say that if you are actually ready to move forward with surgery to reach your goals, this is the doc for you.

I couldn't be happier with the results, and I would do it again 100 times over.

Recovery was a breeze- had my surgery on a Wednesday and I was back at work on Monday.

I have had multiple friends tell me that the results from my breast augmentation surgery are the most natural looking and best they've ever seen.

Thank you SO SO SO much Dr. Ciaravino.

Truly life-changing.

Phenominal Doctor & Pratice. Just had my breast done for the second time on 11/11/10 and was out shopping at the Nutcracker Market on Friday with no pain meds taken again from day one. Original procedure was completed by another doctor in the Houston area over 13 years ago. The selection process was very critical for me in finding a "Skilled Artist/Doctor" in the breast area. I wanted to find a doctor that listened to me. First impression of Ciaravino was that he was a very compasoniate individual. He totally listened to my opinion on the outcome and exceeded my expectations in regards to the results. Absolutely would refer him and his pratice - time in time again.

DO NOT GO TO DR CIARAVINO. I had my breasts done 1 1/2 years ago and I am having MAJOR issues. I bottomed out on my left side (implant dropped from the muscle) and now my nipples are uneven. I was also told before surgery that the scars would be 2cm(ish) and they are about 2 inches! My left breast hurts all the time due to bottoming out (he should have put more sutchers in to hold the implant in place but he didnt. I went in for a follow up and he said that it happens sometimes and I would have to have them redone for $1,500! I could barely make the $5,400 initial payment for them. He claims to be the best Dr. in the country and has done maxim models and playboy bunny's, etc. But idk about that because my result is crap. I followed all of his directions post surgery and did absolutely nothing wrong to cause the bottoming out. My friend went to him and has problems with hers as well. She has ripples and hers are also uneven.

i have seen his boob jobs. I am a dancer and have seen lots of this Dr.s boob jobs and they are NOT all that great.Yes, he is very reasonable but I know of 4 girls that have had major problems and have had to go back or to another doctor to get them fixed.It seems to me like the same person wrote the 1st 4 reviews.I just had to write this to let you girls know what i have seen...sorry to disappoint...

highly recommend!!! Best Doctor in Houston!. I contemplated having a boob job for a long time- probably 5+ years. I was so anxious at the consults I went to but none of the 3 offices made me feel as comfortable and excited for the surgery as Dr. Ciaravino. He listened to my goals and recommended the best size range for my body. I was really nervous I choose too small of a size and if the high profile would work for me. They offered the other shapes but explained why the high profile would help me acheive my goal of a C+. They also made sure that I had plenty of time to decide on the size- I actually did choose the larger size and it was no problem despite it being the day of my surgery! The staff could not be more informative, caring and helpful. Yes, all the assistants and nurses are really pretty, but that made me feel more comfortable. (Its like going to a weight loss doctor and the staff being overweight- I wouldnt trust that doctor!) All in all, Dr. Ciaravino is the best in town. Highly highly recommend!!

I'm sure he's great, but I didn't chose him.. I went to Dr. Ciaravino for a consultation for a breast augmentation. Everything was great! He was nice, the office was beautiful and his staff was great. The onlly thing that I didn't like was that when they showed me examples of saline and silicone implants, they showed me a CRAPPY saline implant. I've seen and held saline implants before and they showed me something that was totally not anything I've seen before or after I left his office and saw 4 other doctors. I didn't like that because I knew better and I guess they thought I wouldn't know that saline doesn't look like that. I didn't even want saline implants, I wanted silicone, but it made me feel like they show you a crappy saline implant so that you pick the silicone since it's more expensive. I also didn't like that they didn't explain the different sizes of implants. There are high profile, moderate plus and moderate. When I went to another doctor and realized that other doctors showed me options in different sizes... I called Dr. Ciaravino's office and the girl that answered told me they only use high profile because they don't want to give me a "fat boob"... the thing about that is that a high profile implant won't work for all body types.
