Extremely Happy.. Honest, Wonderful Staff

A girlfriend and I went for our first consultation on the same day, same time, Dr. Steely and his staff had no problems seeing us together. We were both very nervous and wanted the comfort of having someone there we knew. From the time we walked in not only did the staff handle us with care but so did Dr. Steely. We both wanted breast augmentation and I couldn't be happier with everything. It was the easiest decision I've ever made about finding a Dr. Too bad they don't make primary care Drs. like him. From the consult to surgery Dr. Steely and his staff walked us thru everything. Nothing came to a surprise, Dr. Steely even called me at home hours after having surgery. The comfort level alone you will be over impressed. When you walk in every time they address you by name without having you sign in. No matter how many times you want to come in and express your needs/wants not once does payment become an issue like other Drs. Dr. Steely and his staff could show others out there how it's really done! Great Job and THANK YOU!

A doctor that truly cares

Dr Steely is a top notch doctor!

I went in for my breast augmentation consultation and he was very gentle and caring. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff. I was so nervous when I first went in because he was my first consult and I didnt know what to expect, but that went away quickly! Dr Steely and his staff listened to what results I wanted and told me how I could achieve that. They weren't "pushy" or rushed. They took their time with me and all of my questions. I left knowing that I wanted him as my dr, but wanted to get a 2nd opinion. I went to schedule a consult with another dr and they wanted my credit card information OVER THE PHONE without even seeing me first! I IMMEDIATELY KNEW I didnt need to look anymore! I was going with Dr. Steely!

I am now 1 1/2 weeks post op and I couldn't be HAPPIER with my choice! Surgery day was A BREEZE! The staff at the hospital was awesome and took GREAT care of me. So far I have had two follow up appointments and everything is healing up great! The size is perfect and fits my body structure perfect! Dr. Steely constantly tells me everytime I go in... If I have ANY questions I think of I can call ANY time... even if its after hours. I havent had to do that, but I felt comfort in knowing that I could if I needed to!

Best choice I ever made!

Dr. Steely and his office are the best

Great Experience

I went in for my free consultation and found the staff and Dr. Steely to be very nice, informative and caring of my opinions. Dr. Steely took the time to listen to me and what I wanted and then patiently told me what was possible and what I could expect.

I saw one more Dr. after Dr. Steely and found him to be arrogant and wanted to add more and more to my list of wants. Needless to say I didn't use him and I cancelled all my other consults. I then called Dr. Steely and made my appointment.

The surgery and recovery went off without a hitch. Dr. Steely even called to check up on me at home on a Saturday.

The results of my mommy makeover (tummy tuck and breast lift) where even better than I expected.

All my follow up visits went well and the staff was excellent in taking care of my needs and treating me like I was their only patient.

I even got lost once on my way to their new location and they were very accomodating.

My experience was so wonderful I am considering going back for a face lift in the very near future

Time is money....(so is it all about the money)

First, I want to make clear that the 1 star rating is not a rating of the doctor because I did not get the opportunity to meet the doctor. It is a rating of how he runs his office. I had a 1pm appointment today but had got lost. I called the office at approximately 12:55p (according to my cell phone call history) and let them know I was lost. I was hoping to get directions but was told that the doctor would not be able to see me and I can reschedule. Fine... whatever! I was disappointed. I took a half day from work and its wasted! So I called back 5 min later (again according to my cell phone call history) to see if maybe I can have a later appt today since I already took time off of work. Of course, the answer is no the doctor is booked today. I understand... Right after I hung up I saw the building! I was going to call back and see if I could see the doctor... I could be parked and inside in 5 min... but decided not to. Hey... I guess the doctor only allocated 10 minutes for my consultation. I have never had this experiance with any other doctors' office... Lol. Will continue my search for another doctor who hopefully will have a little more flexibilty and time. Who knows... He probably is a great doctor.

Great Experience & Doctor

It's been 3 months since my surgery.

I had breast augmentation and LOVE LOVE LOVE the results. I got 350cc silicon gel implants and went from a 32a to a 32dd and look very natural. Dr. Steely is all about proportion and only suggests sizes that will look good on your frame. Initially I was nervous about having the surgery, but Dr. Steely and his staff made me feel super comfortable and let me know I was in good hands. I only had one other consultation with another leading Houston plastic surgeon but knew when I met with Dr. Steely that I would go with him.

I would highly recommend Dr. Steely to anyone looking to have breast augmentation. I do not have any negative comments. My entire experience from start to finish has been amazing!!!!!!!!
