Really dina123456. I use to work at a salon a few years ago and before you write a bad review about someone know your facts!!!! Who you need to be writing is your govenor. This is a law enforced by your state that can shut down a business if they do not follow those guidelines. So...... maybe you need to go to theraphy if you think that you need to tan every 23 hrs. This place is the cleanist, and has the best equipment I have ever been into.

"unlimited" access is NOT UNLIMITED!

Stuff is nice and the location is clean, but their "unlimited access" during your membership period is a lie. They will only let you use the tanning equipment no more that every 24hrs. It is ridiculous - every next day I have to come at least a minute later than the day before or wait.

And even if you don't come every day (so you are already not using their equipment much) if you come two days in a row because this is how it works with your schedule they still won't let you use their equipment if it's been less than 24hrs since the last time you used it!!!! No even if it's been 23hrs!

So the "unlimited"access is not so unlimited after all.

Besides, they only have one vertical tanning bed, which means LONG WAIT at the "prime time" after work (unless you want to touch surfaces with your bare skin - but who knows how well they clean it?).

But suppose you waited in line, and got to the machine, and now the next day you want to come a bit earlier to get ahead of the after-work crowd - smart, but no you can't do that, because you can't use the machine unless it's been 24hrs since the last time.

how ridiculous is that???

And they don't tell you about this restriction when you buy the membership of course. They just lie calling it "unlimited".

Oh and one more thing - they close at 10PM, but they won't let you use the equipment (even the UV tanning bed which takes max 10mins plus the time to dress/undress) later than at 9PM.

The best tanning salon ever!

The first time I went to try this place out, I already fell in love with their great service! I love their hydration stations and their sunless tanning station is also a top notch. Everything is pretty modern and most of their machines are something you probably won't see on a regular tanning salon. They have the nicest and most helpful staff and I would definitely come back here! I actually think I found my tanning salon!

They Wont Let you Cancel Your Membership

I liked this a lot but it is very very expensive and decided to cancel my membership. But when i decided to cancel my membership they "lost hte paperwork: and told me id have to pay for 3 more months and cancel at the next billing cycle. I filled out my paperwork again a month later 2 months ahead of the cutoff date and then they charged me anyway. I called in and spoke with the staff who said it was an error but that they werent authorized to fix it and the manager would call me. 2 weeks went by and no call. I then called and spoke with manager who said she could confirm it was cancelled but that she isnt authorized to make refunds, only the owner. For several days after i attempted to get this resolved but they needed authorization from the owner who did not return my 7 messages over the course of 2 weeks. Finally on 12/1/2010 the owner left me a voice mail and said she had no interest in resolving the issue and would continue to bill me monthly as well as not refund the error and that if I didnt like it I could take it to the next step! Dont sign a contract with these people if you think you will ever ever want to pause or cancel your membership, becausue they wont let you.
