I wanted to let you know that I received my shoes today via FedEx. Both pairs look beautiful; you did exactly what you said, which was repair my shoes properly. That is all I wanted, and the shoes now look like what I'd originally expected. I also like the new soles you added. I tried on the shoes and my favourite pair (the two-tone pump) is just a bit tighter; I am assuming it is just the cleaning solution and the leather will stretch. Overall, the shoes look just perfect. Thanks again for following up with my complaint, I do appreciate it.

Dairy Ashford location, not necessarly the worst service, just no customer service. My warm introduction fell on deaf ears. This location owner has a very cold demeanor. He makes it difficult to talk with about your shoe issues. I found another vendor, that would at least say, "Good afternoon, how may I assist you?". He frequently advise me of what could not be done, way more frequently than what could be done.
Pros: convenience
Cons: costomer service stinks
