Trish is God's gift to hair!. I've been seeing Trish since December when I booked an appt. with her for a haircut based SOLEY on her reviews on Citysearch.com. I had high expectations, and she did not let me down! She is an amazing hairstylist. She trained in Germany and New York and her experience shows. She is adorably cute and personable. GREAT "chair side" manner. This was the best haircut I've ever gotten and I didn't need another cut for 2 months. I love Trish! I got color done by her 2 weeks ago and it's amazing. Her prices are great (believe I pay $50 for a haircut) and the salon is fantastic. It's like a shopping boutique/salon all in one. You simply have to give Trish a try. You won't regret it.

TRISH IS TALENTED. I decided to make an appointment with Trish since she had all great reviews, and now know what all the hype was about. She is amazing, I really wanted a change but didn't know how to discribe what I wanted. I trusted her and put it all in her hands. When she was finished, I looked as if I'd just walked out of a photo shot. HOT, HOT, HOT! I love my new do. She even touched up my makeup for my night out. Trish is a great stylist, and she is really pretty. Someone you want to get tips from, TRUST ME. Better yet, trust all the great reviews.

Not for nails. Went with a girlfriend for mani/pedi. Owner/manager very nice, thought it would be a good experience. Maybe 9am is too early on Saturday for the ladies performing the services, but both were rude, unattentive, and acted like they would rather have been somewhere else. Did not have cuticles cut or hand massage. With all the competition in Houston for these services, they need to find a way to differentiate themselves with better customer service.

Trish is amazing!. I am new to town and thought I would google The Upper Hand since I am always at Deidrics Coffee Shop. I saw that Trish had alot of great reviews so I decided to make an appointment. She was so amazing with helping me with a new style; one that would look wonderful with my face shape. She has been New York trained, and I was facinated to learn she does extensions too! And am so grateful about the reveiws bc it lead me to my new and bubbly stylist; thus making me rant and rave aswell. Thank you Trish for all the complements I receive, and making me beautiful!!!

User review by shisah. Carmella has been doing my hair for about a year now & I always leave the salon 100% satisfied. She makes my hair look amazing every time! She also gives me tips about how to keep it looking amazing & she really cares about treatment for my hair by telling me exactly which products I should or shouldn't use. The salon is a fun place to visit, it's in a fabulous little area. Also, Amy, one of the receptionists, is always so sweet & helpful. I will never go to another salon ever again!

User review by syndy. i have had more compliments about my hair, both color and cut, in the last 6 months than i have ever had! carmella is great with hair. she knows the right style and cut for your face. i would recommend her to anyone! do yourself a favor and book an appt.

Geri01 Great Lengths Hair Extensions.
Had hair extensions by Trish and I am thrilled. This makes me feel beautiful and confident. I look marvelous! I was going to go chin length but seeing the drastic change of below my shoulder I wanted the length. There were many colors to choose from. I might add that the hair is real. For what I got the price was great.
I never had a problem parking however, I didn't go on Saturday either.

Best Place in Houston for Pedicures!. This is the absolute best pedicure in Houston, and I've tried most of the "top spas" in town. The atmosphere is great, massage chairs are wonderful, all tools are completely sterlized, you select your own salt/lotion fragrances, and the staff are well trained and very attentive.

Terrible Pedicure. Had a pedicure here last Wednesday... this is what I get for going to a spa... I have had better quality pedicures for HALF the price I paid for this one. The staff should learn to let their employees WORK instead of constantly chatting while clients are trying to be serviced.

Completly Satisfied!. I have been to many different salons trying to find a great overall stylist and finally I found Trish at The Upper Hand. I love the atmosphere at The Upper Hand and the staff is always extremely friendly. Trish has done both my color and my hair styles and she always out does herself. She is also energetic and is a great conversationalist. Every time Trish does my hair I get compliments and inquiries as to who my stylist is. I would highly recommend you try Trish out....you will not regret it. I am so excited to finally have found someone who does an amazing job with my hair and is entertaining as well.
