Fair priced but not good attitude. After reading the great reviews on City Search, I called the store to get a price quote to do some laudering. It seemed to be a fair price, so I dropped off my clothes. I was a little nervous about leaving it because he would not guarantee covering the cost of my clothes if he damaged it. I then went around the corner and was reminded of a dry cleaners I had prevoiusly used, so I dropped in. I asked how much they would charge, knowing they had done good work before on my clothes. They wanted to see the items before they price quoted me. When I returned to Eagle Express and told the owner I wanted to take the clothes to get a price check somewhere else and that I possibly would bring it back, he was very rude to me saying he rufused to ever do my cleaning. I understand he was upset, but he didn't have to respond this way.

Excellent Place!. I have been in Houston for many years now and have finally found a dry cleaner that does a great job! The guy at the front of the place remembers your name immediately! The service is friendly and I have yet to be disappointed in their work. Prices are average for drycleaning in the area.

They keep me looking sharp!. I am a resident in the Westheimer area and absolutely love Eagle express. I have been a loyal customer for many years for the fact that you get great service and affordable pricing paired with quality work. I highly recommend them for all your laundry and dry cleaning needs.

Excellent service/staff. Eagle Express is way out of our way. But we (my husband and I) don't mind the extra

driving because the service is excellent and the staff, courteous in the extreme.

It is difficult to find businesses in this HUGE city that offers not only brilliant service

but truly personable and polite staff. Sad but quite true. The prices are excellent

as well.

There are perhaps five or six dry cleaners closer to our home than Eagle Express,

but as mentioned above, we find the extra few minutes of driving well worth it.

We highly recommend Eagle Express to anyone lucky enough to dwell within

a reasonable (or even not so reasonable) radius of the place.

Blotchy Results. I took my sweaters to be cleaned at Eagle Express and they came back appearing shrunken and one of them had white blotches all over it.

I also thought it was kind of expensive -- over $50 for 7 sweaters.

Excellent!. I've been going here for years. The main guy at the door almost immediatly memorizes your name and is the nicest guy. The prices are great too! That's the main thing. I hate getting ripped off for drycleaning and this place is very resonable.
