NOT "Eco" at all

They are considered to be an "eco" cleaners, but in fact they are hardly eco at all. Besides being ridiculously priced for services that are not "eco" or green, their employees know absolutely nothing about what supposedly makes them eco. They misquote, can't educate on the practices they are supposed to be providing and are rude. The one real eco thing that they supposedly do is recycle the hangers.
They say that they use hydrocarbon instead of perc. Hydrocarbon is not green at all. It is made from fossil fuels and pollutes the earth just as much if not more than petroleum.
I will NOT be returning or recommending their services to anyone.
Customer service is unbelievably bad! This place is an absolute joke!!!!
I wrote Jimmy, the owner, but no response so far......
I would also give it zero stars if I could.

I went to the one on Kirby. We moved to the area so I went in and asked how much they charged for men's shirts. She told me .99 per shirt with dry cleaning. I asked her how much the pants were to clean and she told me $3.50 each. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to pick up the pants and they charge for the pants had gone up by over $4.00!!!! The pants were almost $8.00 a pair to clean! I will be reporting them, and obviously will not be returning. I didn't even want to give them one star.

On Thursday I went to pick-up my suit which was missing. The cashier couldn't find it. I obtained the Mgrs. and owner, Jimmy's number. I asked the cashier to call or email me when she had information. I provided her with my cell number and work email in writing and she placed it in a drawer. Two men were standing in line. At 2:48am that morning, my cell phone rang. It was one of the male Customers that was in line with me. The cashier gave the Customer my information.
