An Unconcerned. Referred by a very reputable florist who is one of our biggest vendors in church business, the Empty Vase was a huge dissappointment! The voice that answered was not one expected of a friendly business that offers the service of ballons. And their areas of delivery are limited even inside the Houston City limits....duh go figure! Empty Vase is right, empy of professionalism, empty of customer service, empty of turning down the television when answering the phone...just empty etc.

Best Floral Artist in Town. Very creative design team executes beautiful floral work and at fairly reasonable prices. Located in pricey River Oaks and favored by the locals for showing arrangements in their foyers. Ask for the pink European roses, perfect for any occasion almost.

WARNING! Flowers not guranteed to be delievered or notified................. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!!! I have NEVER had the need to write a review so I hope this will be useful......... I have used Empty Vase for over 20 years and WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I was very disappointed when I arrived home to find that my wife did not receive the roses I ordered for her on our anniversary. There was no note or call to let us know where the flowers were. The next day I called and was told the roses were left at our neighbors. They replied, " I'm surprised the neighbors did not notify you." Whose business/job do you think this is? After letting them know how unsatisfied I have been as a long time customer, they DID NOT APOLGIZE!!!! Instead, they offered to pick up the flowers and refund the money. If you decide to use this florist, be prepared to be disappointed and embarrassed that your flowers will not arrive or arrive late without any notice.

They do better in Texas. When they are dealing with florists in Texas you can count on quality, when they are dealing with out of state florists the quality of the flowers seems to drop. The major train wreck occurred during an annual "Mother's Day Slam", probably not their fault, I waited too long before I ordered.

Never Arrived. An order of roses costing ~$140 never arrived. No apologies from the staff or explanations for the poor service. Guess the name says a lot. My vase is certainly empty.

Totally humiliated. I have used The Empty Vase for years. I recently had 2 dozen arranged yellow roses delivered. $160.00 plus. I was appalled at the quality. Less than 24hours later they were open, wilting,fading into pale white and petals dropping everywhere. I was so embarrassed when I saw them. These flowers were clearly no where near fresh when delivered. I was humiliated. Never again.

EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY. I have used the Empty Vase for years. Always outstanding quality and very original. Most recently I sent my wife an anniversary bouquet to her office. She loved it and received so many compliments from her co-workers on the beautiful and unique arrangement.

Boo. My family paid $150 for an arrangement to be sent to a funeral home. We had specified a large funeral arrangement. They sent a small arrangement in a small glass vase! Very disappointing and embarrassing!!!!!!

Excellent. I never had any problems with the service, arrangements, or delivery. The staff is easy to work with and the flower arrangement are spectacular. You cant go wrong with ordering flowers from Empty Vase.
