Located on Westheimer in the shopping center just before Buffalo Exchange, but don't blink or you'll miss it! I happened upon this little undiscovered gem by accident when I stopped in to ask for directions and ended up falling in love with the place. Here you will find the trendy style and unique items that you've come to expect from shopping Houston's boutiques, but without the "boutique" price tag. Unlike Pixie & Ivy a few stores down, which sells $300 t-shirts, at Silver Smith you can get a cute cocktail dress to wear out that night for under $70. (I found a slinky backless halter dress on clearance for $29!) They only carry 6 of each item, two small, two medium & two large, and when they're gone, they're gone, so you don't really have to worry about running into someone wearing the same outfit, and they get new items in each week. In addition to the awesome selection, the owner of the store really goes out of her way to help you find what you're looking for and is really involved in making sure her customers are completely satisfied. She told me she started her business to cater to budget-minded women about town. Also, she is about to release her own clothing line, so check back in the fall for that. You've really just got to see this place to believe it! It's definitely my new favorite place to shop!

As you travel down Westhiemer you might not notice it the first couple of times but once you find you parking spot, take some time and really look around. Plus they have parking in the back so you might get really lucky. The selection is amazing...it looks like a small location but it packs a powerful p*nch. So if your shopping for yourself or looking for a gift you have to put this place on your To-Do-List ! A Jewelry Junkie must though the store has everything from clothes to stationary. Wall hangings and wearable art ! Something for you or the little one What are you waiting for, take a look for yourself. I promise you will fimd something you "must have".
