Touting itself a “come as you are” bar, this neighborhood dive next door to Diamond Club Cabaret exudes a friendly vibe and keeps things relaxed amid the swank of Upper Kirby. With an adobe-like front and dim interior that invites you to slip away from the outside world, the space boasts the usual amenities of pool, darts, digital juke box, HD TVs, smoker’s patio, comfy booths and daily drink specials, and mixes it up with Friday night karaoke, rotating DJs, live music, and a projector setup for Nintendo Wii. Drawing an eclectic crowd but rarely overcrowded, it’s a great place to hang for those who eschew the extravagant.

Great Hangout!. Great place to hang out! Bartenders are friendly, atmosphere is great and drinks are cheap!

tdfontenot48. Cellar is a great place to go with a group of close friends to just have good inexpensive drinks, play pool, or sing karoke. It is totally relaxed, the staff is friendly and they just did some remodeling. An added plus is there is plenty of free parking right at the front door!

Great Place to Hang Out. I like to frequent this place when I want to relax and just hang out with my friends. The bar staff is really nice, the drinks prices are really cheap, and the crowd always has a good mix of people. The proximity to all areas of town also make it really attractive...as well as the fact that when you leave, you really don't smell all the smokey!

Great/Cheap Drinks. This bar is the best place to throw a birthday party for say 100 of your closest friends! The drinks are super cheap and the bartenders are really friendly. It is a great place to come and relax with friends any day of the week!
